1A Weighted Algorithm for Watermarking Relational Databases显示文摘A weighted algorithm for watermarking relational databases for copyright protection is presented. The possibility of watermarking an attribute is assigned according to its weight decided by the owner of the database. A one-way hash function and a secret key known only to the owner of the data are used to select tuples and bits to mark. By assigning high weight to signifi- cant attributes, the scheme ensures that important attributes take more chance to be marked than less important ones. 2Oxygen-glucose deprivation of neurons transfected with toll-like receptor 3-siRNA Determination of an optimal transfection sequence显示文摘Toll-like receptor 3 protein expression has been shown to be upregulated during cerebra ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats.In this study,rat primary cortical neurons were subjected to oxygen-glucose deprivation to simulate cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.Chemically synthesized small interfering RNA(siRNA)-1280,-1724 and-418 specific to toll-like receptor 3 were transfected into oxygen-glucose deprived cortical neurons to suppress the upregulation of toll-like receptor 3 protein expression.Western blotting demonstrated that after transfection with siRNA toll-like receptor 3 protein expression reduced,especially in the toll-like receptor 3-1724 group These results suggested that siRNA-1724 is an optimal sequence for inhibiting toll-like receptor 3expression in cortical neurons following oxygen-glucose deprivation.Guiyun Cui Xiaopeng Wang Xinchun Ye Jie Zu Kun Zan Fang Hua 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,34:2
3Apolipoprotein E polymorphism in northern Chinese elderly patients with coronary artery disease显示文摘Background and objective Apolipoprotein E is a constituent of lipoproteins with considerable variation due to cysteine-arginine exchanges. We investigated the relationship between apo E gene polymorphism and the occurrence of coronary artery disease(CAD) in the older population of northern China. Methods The distribution of the HhaI polymorphisms of the apolipoprotein E gene was determined among 55 patients with CAD (CAD group), which was compared with that of 36 elderly subjects without CAD(control group). Results Genotype distributions at both sites (apo E gene 112-bp and 158-bp sites ) were different between the CAD and control groups. The CAD group had lower apolipoprotein E'ε2'frequencies than the control group (P<0.05). 6A dynamic and resource sharing virtual network mapping algorithm显示文摘Network virtualization can effectively establish dedicated virtual networks to implement various network functions.However,the existing research works have some shortcomings,for example,although computing resource properties of individual nodes are considered,node storage properties and the network topology properties are usually ignored in Virtual Network(VN)modelling,which leads to the inaccurate measurement of node availability and priority.In addition,most static virtual network mapping methods allocate fixed resources to users during the entire life cycle,and the users’actual resource requirements vary with the workload,which results in resource allocation redundancy.Based on the above analysis,in this paper,we propose a dynamic resource sharing virtual network mapping algorithm named NMA-PRS-VNE,first,we construct a new,more realistic network framework in which the properties of nodes include computing resources,storage resources and topology properties.In the node mapping process,three properties of the node are used to measure its mapping ability.Second,we consider the resources of adjacent nodes and links instead of the traditional method of measuring the availability and priority of nodes by considering only the resource properties,so as to more accurately select the physical mapping nodes that meet the constraints and conditions and improve the success rate of subsequent link mapping.Finally,we divide the resource requirements of Virtual Network Requests(VNRs)into basic subrequirements and variable sub-variable requirements to complete dynamic resource allocation.The former represents monopolizing resource requirements by the VNRs,while the latter represents shared resources by many VNRs with the probability of occupying resources,where we keep a balance between resource sharing and collision among users by calculating the collision probability.Simulation results show that the proposed NMAPRS-VNE can increase the average acceptance rate and network revenue by 15%and 38%,and reduce the network cost and link pressure by 25%and 17%.Xiancui Xiao Xiangwei Zheng Ji Bian Cun Ji Xinchun Cui 2023Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,5:0

8Localized Myocardial Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Temperature-Sensitive Budesonide Nanoparticles during Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation显示文摘Radiofrequency(RF)catheter ablation has emerged as an effective alternative for the treatment of atrial fibrillation(AF),but ablation lesions will result in swelling and hematoma of local surrounding tissue,triggering inflammatory cell infiltration and increased release of inflammatory cytokines.Some studies have shown that the inflammatory response may be related to the early occurrence of AF.The most direct way to inhibit perioperative inflammation is to use anti-inflammatory drugs such as glucocorticoids.Here,we prepared polylactic-co-glycolic acid(PLGA)nanoparticles loaded with budesonide(BUD)and delivered them through irrigation of saline during the onset of ablation.Local high temperature promoted local rupture of PLGA nanoparticles,releasing BUD,and produced a timely and effective local myocardial anti-inflammatory effect,resulting in the reduction of acute hematoma and inflammatory cell infiltration and the enhancement of ablation effect.Nanoparticles would also infiltrate into the local myocardium and gradually release BUD ingredients to produce a continuous antiinflammatory effect in the next few days.This resulted in a decrease in the level of inflammatory cytokine IL-6 and an increase of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10.This study explored an extraordinary drug delivery strategy to reduce ablation-related inflammation,which may prevent early recurrence of AF.Ye Liu Lingling Xu Qiuyun Zhang Yong Kang Lifeng Liu Zheng Liu Yuxing Wang Xuejiao Jiang Yizhu Shan Ruizeng Luo Xi Cui Yuan Yang Xinchun Yang Xiaoqing Liu Zhou Li 2022Research2022,,3:0
