| 1 | Hanning self-convolution window and its application to harmonic analysis显示文摘The Hanning self-convolution window (HSCW) is proposed in this paper. And the phase difference correction algorithm based on the discrete spectrum and the HSCW is given. The HSCW has a low peak side lobe level, a high side lobe roll-off rate, and a simple spectrum representation. Hence, leakage errors and harmonic interferences can be considerably reduced by weighting samples with the HSCW, the parameter estimation by the HSCW-based phase difference correction algorithm is free of solving high order equations, and the overall method can be easily implemented in embedded systems. | 2 | Electrochemical Properties and Microstructure of Al/Pb–Ag and Al/Pb–Ag–Co Anodes for Zinc Electrowinning显示文摘The Al/Pb–0.8%Ag and Al/Pb–0.75%Ag–0.03%Co(in mass fraction) anodes used in zinc electrowinning are prepared through the electrodeposition of lead methanesulfonate electrolyte onto an aluminum matrix.The results of anode polarization curves,Tafel curves,and EIS characterizations indicated that the Al/Pb–0.75%Ag–0.03%Co anode has higher electrocatalytic activity and corrosion resistance than the Al/Pb–0.8%Ag anode.SEM observations on the fruit surfaces demonstrated the crystals on the Al/Pb–0.8%Ag anode are larger than on the Al/Pb–0.75%Ag–0.03%Co anode.After 24 h of anodic polarization,SEM observations and XRD analysis showed that the MnO2–PbO2layer on the Al/Pb–0.75%Ag–0.03%Co anode surface is characterized by dendritic crystals,and the PbSO4–PbO2layer under the MnO2–PbO2layer is characterized by uniform and chaotic orientation tetragonal symmetry crystallites of PbSO4.However,the MnO2–PbO2layer on the Al/Pb–0.8%Ag anode surface is characterized by granular crystals,and the PbSO4–PbO2layer under the MnO2–PbO2layer is characterized by well-organized orientation crystallites of PbSO4,which are concentrated in certain zones. | Yongchun Zhang Buming Chen Zhongcheng Guo | 2014 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2014，27，2： | 5 |
| 3 | Purification and Characterization of Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme Inhibition Peptides from Sandworm Sipunculus nudus显示文摘Three angiotensin I converting enzyme(ACE) inhibition peptides were isolated from sandworm Sipunculus nudus protein hydrolysate prepared using protamex. Consecutive purification methods, including size exclusion chromatography and reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC), were used to isolate the ACE inhibition peptides. The amino acid sequences of the peptides were identified as Ile-Asn-Asp, Val-Glu-Pro-Gly and Leu-Ala-Asp-Glu-Phe. The IC_(50) values of the purified peptides for ACE inhibition activity were 34.72 μmol L^(-1), 20.55 μmol L^(-1) and 22.77 μmol L^(-1), respectively. These results suggested that S. nudus proteins contain specific peptides that can be released by enzymatic hydrolysis. | 4 | Marsdenia tenacissima injection induces the apoptosis of prostate cancer by regulating the AKT/GSK3β/STAT3 signaling axis显示文摘Marsdenia tenacissima injection,a standard Marsdenia tenacissima extract(MTE),has been approved as an adjuvant therapeutic agent for various cancers.Our previous study showed that MTE inhibited the proliferation and metastasis of prostate cancer(PCa)cells.However,the underlying mechanisms and active ingredients of MTE against PCa were not completely understood.This study revealed that MTE induced significant decreases in cell viability and clonal growth in PCa cells.In addition,MTE induced the apoptosis of DU145 cells by reducing the mitochondrial membrane potential and increasing the expression of Cleaved Caspase 3/7,Cyt c,and Bax.In vivo,DU145 xenografted NOD-SCID mice treated with MTE showed significantly decreased tumor size.TUNEL staining and Western blot confirmed the pro-apoptotic effects of MTE.Network pharmacology analysis collected 196 ingredients of MTE linked to 655 potential targets,and 709 PCa-associated targets were retrieved,from which 149 overlapped targets were screened out.Pathway enrichment analysis showed that the HIF-1,PI3K-AKT,and ErbB signaling pathways were closely related to tumor apoptosis.Western blot results confirmed that MTE increased the expression of p-AKT^(Ser473) and p-GSK3β^(Ser9),and decreased the expression of p-STAT3^(Tyr705) in vitro and in vivo.A total of 13 compounds in MTE were identified by HPLC-CAD-QTOF-MS/MS and UPLCQTOF-MS/MS.Molecular docking analysis indicated that six compounds may interact with AKT,GSK3β,and STAT3.In conclusion,MTE induces the endogenous mitochondrial apoptosis of PCa by regulating the AKT/GSK3β/STAT3 signaling axis,resulting in inhibition of PCa growth in vitro and in vivo. | LI Xiaolan HE Songhua LIANG Wei ZHANG Weiquan CHEN Xin LI Qiaofeng YANG Xin LIU Yanying ZHU Dan LI Li LIU Buming SU Zhiheng CHEN Jie GUO Hongwei | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023，21，2： | 2 |
