| 1 | 柑橘大实蝇成虫的翅载和额外负载能力显示文摘对柑橘大实蝇Bactrocera(Tetradacus)minax(Enderlein)的有效管理受阻于对其成虫运动行为的较少的认识。通过测定其成虫翅载能力和忍受额外负载重量的能力,从而确定其成虫所携带不同的额外负载的电子标签重量对其正常起飞的影响程度,为制作合适的昆虫谐波雷达的电子标签提供技术参数。其雌雄成虫的翅载能力并没有随着成虫个体重量增加而降低,也没有因为性别不同而存在差异。成虫经过正常取食和饥饿(只喂清水)变化处理,其成虫平均净载重量约为11mg。来自网室成虫忍受额外负载试验结果表明,成虫额外负载7.3mg重量或为占其自身体重大约23%重量对于其向上起飞行为有较少或没有直接的影响。结果进一步表明,在确定昆虫谐波雷达技术跟踪其成虫携带的电子标签适合性时,选择的电子标签的重量不能超过7.3mg。 | 黄秀琴 李正跃 李传仁 Gilles BOITEAU 桂连友 | 2012 | 昆虫学报2012，55，5： | 10 |

| 3 | 茄二十八星瓢虫成虫天花板爬行行为研究显示文摘【目的】探明茄二十八星瓢虫Henosepilachna vigintioctopunctata(Fabricius)成虫的天花板爬行行为,为气流控制技术防治农业害虫提供技术参数。【方法】本研究通过采用录像观察法对茄二十八星瓢虫雌雄成虫的天花板爬行行为进行观测,明确其成虫的运动行为参数,并分析了其步速分别与步距、步频和负荷因数的关系。【结果】茄二十八星瓢虫雌雄成虫天花板爬行时的速度为3.77~19.32 mm/s,步距为2.63~4.51 mm,步频范围为1.32~4.74 Hz。步距和步频均与速度之间存在极显著线性关系,速度的增加同时依靠步距和步频的增加,但步距的变化相对步频的变化小;前足、中足和后足的负荷因数均随着速度的提高而降低,且负荷因数均与速度存在显著相关性;一个步态周期内,足的摆动时间均远小于支撑时间。【结论】茄二十八星瓢虫成虫天花板爬行时速度的增加主要是依靠步频的提高来实现。 | 华登科 桂连友 Gilles BOITEAU 罗杰 | 2016 | 昆虫学报2016，59，10： | 3 |
| 4 | 茄二十八星瓢虫在茄子叶片上垂直方向的附着力显示文摘本文采用电子天平称重法对茄二十八星瓢虫的2龄幼虫、3龄幼虫、4龄幼虫、雌成虫和雄成虫在茄子叶片上垂直方向的附着力进行测定,为进一步研发和利用气流控制技术防治农业害虫提供技术参数。研究结果表明,2龄幼虫、3龄幼虫、4龄幼虫、雌成虫和雄成虫垂直方向的最大附着力分别为7.3±0.3 mN,8.6±0.6 mN,12.0±0.3 mN,15.8±1.3 mN和13.0±1.0 mN。茄二十八星瓢虫垂直方向的附着力从大到小的顺序均为:雌成虫>雄成虫;4龄幼虫>3龄幼虫>2龄幼虫。幼虫的附着力/虫体体重系数由大到小的顺序为:2龄幼虫>3龄幼虫>4龄幼虫,所有处理的附着力与虫体体重的相关性均不显著。附着力/虫体重量的系数范围为47.8-90.8,身体重量占附着力1.1%-2.1%。结果进一步表明,在设计旋风式气流吸虫机的频率等参数时,要考虑茄二十八星瓢虫在茄子叶片上的附着力远大于其体重的情况。 | 华登科 桂连友 Gilles BOITEAU 罗杰 | 2017 | 环境昆虫学报2017，39，6： | 2 |
