1鄱阳湖子湖泊浮游动物多样性及水质生物评价显示文摘为了解鄱阳湖子湖泊浮游动物多样性的变化趋势,并利用生物指示法评价子湖水质状况,于2012至2016年的春季(4月)、夏季(7月)、秋季(10月)和冬季(次年1月)对鄱阳湖国家级自然保护区辖区内子湖泊——沙湖的浮游动物进行了定量采样调查,计算浮游动物的多样性指数,并通过多样性指数法、指示生物法和生物指数法对沙湖的水质进行评价。调查共采集到浮游动物130种,其中轮虫种类数最多,有97种。浮游动物的优势物种共有15种,其中轮虫有9种。利用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Margalef丰富度指数评价沙湖的水质状况,结果显示五年调查期间沙湖的水质均处于清洁-中污水平,夏季丰水期的水质最好,春季水质最差。通过指示生物法评价,发现沙湖水质一直维持在寡污和中污之间,夏季水质良好,春季和冬季水质较差。采用生物指数法(Q值)对沙湖水质进行评价,结果同样显示沙湖的水质在夏季丰水期最好,处于寡污-中污状态,未发生富营养化。聂雪 胡旭仁 刘观华 秦海明 JIN Binsong 2018南昌大学学报(理科版)2018,42,2:16
2Recyclable adsorbent of BiFeO_3/Carbon for purifying industrial dye wastewater via photocatalytic reproducible显示文摘It is essential to prepare highly-efficiency reproducible adsorbent for purifying industrial dye wastewater. In this work, biscuit with a layered porous structure as a template is applied to prepare a photocatalytic recyclable adsorbent of BiFeO3/Carbon nanocomposites for purifying simulative industrial dye wastewater. It is found that the structure of the prepared BiFeO3/Carbon nanocomposite is related to the natural structure of the biscuit, annealing temperatures and immersing times, demonstrated by XRD, TEM, UV-Vis and adsorptive activities. Kinetics data shows that the adsorption rate of the adsorbent to the dye is rapid and fitted well with the pseudo-second-order model, that more than 80% of dyes can be removed in the beginning 30 min. The adsorption isotherm can be perfectly described by the Langmuir model as well. It can be seen from the adsorption data that the adsorption performance can reach over 90% at pH ? 2–12, which can imply its universal utilization. The prepared BiFeO_3/Carbon nanocomposites have also displayed excellent capacities(over 90% within 30 min) for adsorption of seven different dyes and their mixed one. According to the five times photocatalytic reproducible experiments, it is proved that BiFeO_3/Carbon nanocomposites show the excellent stability and reproduction for purifying simulative industrial dyes, even the sample have been placed for one year. 3Single-level dynamic spiral CT of hepatocellular carcinoma:Correlation between imaging features and density of tumor microvessels显示文摘AIM: To investigate the correlation of enhancement features of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) revealed by single-level dynamic spiral CT scanning (DSCT) with tumor microvessel density (NVD), and to determine the validity of DSCT in assessing in vivo tumor angiogenic activity of HCC. METHODS: Twenty six HCC patients were diagnosed histopathologically. DSCT was performed for all patients according to standard scanning protocol. Time-density curves were generated, relevant curve parameters were measured,and gross enhancement morphology was analyzed. Operation was performed to remove HCC lesions i to 2 weeks following CT scan. Histopathological slides were carefully prepared for the standard F8RA immunohistochemical staining and tumor microvessel counting. Enhancement imaging features of HCC lesions were correlatively studied with tumor MVD and its intra-tumor distribution characteristics. RESULTS: On DSCT images of HCC lesions, three patterns of time-density curve and three types of gross enhancement morphology were recognized. Histomorphologically, the distribution of positively stained tumor endothelial cells within tumor was categorized into 3 types. Curve parameters such as peak enhancement value and contrast enhancement ratio were significantly correlated with tumor tissue MVD (/=0.508 and /=0.423, P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). Both the pattern of time-density curve and the gross enhancement morphology of HCC lesions were also correlated with tumor MVD, and reflected the distributive features of tumor microvessels within HCC lesions. Correlation between the likelihood of intrahepatic metastasis of HCC lesions with densely enhanced pseudocapsules and rich pseudocapsular tumor MVD was found.CONCLUSION: Enhancement imaging features of HCC lesions on DSCT scanning are correlated with tumor MVD,and reflect the intra-tumor distribution characteristics of tumor microvessels. 4Analytical solution for stress and deformation of the mining floor based on integral transform显示文摘Following exploitation of a coal seam, the final stress field is the sum of in situ stress field and an excavation stress field. Based on this feature, we firstly established a mechanics analytical model of the mining floor strata. Then the study applied Fourier integral transform to solve a biharmonic equation,obtaining the analytical solution of the stress and displacement of the mining floor. Additionally, this investigation used the Mohr–Coulomb yield criterion to determine the plastic failure depth of the floor strata. The calculation process showed that the plastic failure depth of the floor and floor heave are related to the mining width, burial depth and physical–mechanical properties. The results from an example show that the curve of the plastic failure depth of the mining floor is characterized by a funnel shape and the maximum failure depth generates in the middle of mining floor; and that the maximum and minimum principal stresses change distinctly in the shallow layer and tend to a fixed value with an increase in depth. Based on the displacement results, the maximum floor heave appears in the middle of the stope and its value is 0.107 m. This will provide a basis for floor control. Lastly, we have verified the analytical results using FLAC3 Dto simulate floor excavation and find that there is some deviation between the two results, but their overall tendency is consistent which illustrates that the analysis method can well solve the stress and displacement of the floor.Feng Qiang Jiang Binsong 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,4:5
5Effect of Co-polyester antistatic agent modified by carbon nanotubes on the properties of polypropylene fibers显示文摘Antistatic polymer fibers were investigated by using carbon nanotubes (CNTs) to enhance the antistatic ability of inner antistatic agents based on the mechanism of attracting moisture by polar radical groups. It is indicated that the antistatic ability of the fibers filled with composite antistatic agents that contain CNTs and organic antistatic agents was superior to that of the fibers filled either with pure organic antistatic agents or pure CNTs. The antistatic ability of the composite antistatic agent fabricated by an in situ process was superior to that of the composite antistatic agent fabricated by direct dispersing CNTs in the antistatic agent carrier. Moreover, the heat-treated CNTs could further enhance the antistatic effect compared with the initial CNTs. 6New true-triaxial rock strength criteria considering intrinsic material characteristics显示文摘A reasonable strength criterion should reflect the hydrostatic pressure effect, minimum principal stress effect,and intermediate principal stress effect. The former two effects can be described by the meridian curves, and the last one mainly depends on the Lode angle dependence function. Among three conventional strength criteria, i.e.Mohr–Coulomb(MC), Hoek–Brown(HB), and Exponent(EP) criteria, the difference between generalized compression and extension strength of EP criterion experience a firstly increase then decrease process, and tends to be zero when hydrostatic pressure is big enough. This is in accordance with intrinsic rock strength characterization. Moreover, the critical hydrostatic pressure I_c corresponding to the maximum difference of between generalized compression and extension strength can be easily adjusted by minimum principal stress influence parameter K. So, the exponent function is a more reasonable meridian curves, which well reflects the hydrostatic pressure effect and is employed to describe the generalized compression and extension strength.Meanwhile, three Lode angle dependence functions of L_(MN),L_(WW), and L_(YMH), which unconditionally satisfy the convexity and differential requirements, are employed to represent the intermediate principal stress effect. Realizing the actual strength surface should be located between the generalized compression and extension surface, new true-triaxial criteria are proposed by combining the two states of EP criterion by Lode angle dependence function with a same lode angle. The proposed new true-triaxial criteria have the same strength parameters as EP criterion. Finally, 14 groups of triaxial test data are employed to validate the proposed criteria. The results show that the three new true-triaxial exponent criteria,especially the Exponent Willam-Warnke criterion(EPWW)criterion, give much lower misfits, which illustrates that the EP criterion and L_(WW) have more reasonable meridian and deviatoric function form, respectively. 7Photocatalytic degradating methyl orange in water phase by UV-irradiated CdS carried by carbon nanotubes显示文摘A new candidate for photocatalytic degradating organic dyes,CdS carried by car-bon nanotubes(CdS/CNTs) ,is reported. The degradation ratio curves of methyl orange in water phase show that the capability for degradating organic molecules of CdS/CNTs is obviously higher than that of separated CdS. The degradation ca-pability enhances as the increase of the amount of net CdS catalyst,the ratio of carbon nanotubes to CdS,and the area of the template,and is influenced by the pH value and the temperature of aqueous solution. 8Enhancement of two-photon absorption cross section and singlet-oxygen generation in porphyrin-cored star polymers显示文摘We report a newly synthesized polymer of a star-shaped porphyrin compound(TPA-FxP) with four oligofluorene arms at its meso positions with the pronounced enhancement of the two-photon properties and the generation of singlet oxygen by utilizing the two-photon excited fluorescence resonance energy transfer.The steady-state spectra and transient triplet-triplet absorption spectra give evidence that the enhanced two-photon absorption cross section results from not only the through-space energy transfer(Frster) but also the through-bond energy transfer between conjugated peripheral oligofluorene arms and the porphyrin core.The two-photon absorption cross section at 780 nm up to 3360 GM(1 GM = 10-50 cm4·s/photon) of TPA-FxP was obtained,which is comparable to the highest values reported from other similar chemically modified porphyrin core compounds.Furthermore,the enhanced production of singlet oxygen under two-photon absorption conditions is also reported.WAN Yan JIA Ke LI BinSong BO ZhiShan XIA AnDong 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,1:2
9Impact of anthropogenic activities on changes of ichthyofauna in the middle and lower Xiang River显示文摘With the population increasing,fish communities,as important components in the river system,were inescapably impacted by human activities.To investigate these impacts,we characterized the fish community’s composition by environmental DNA metabarcoding in the urban and suburban sites along Xiang River in central China.The results showed that 32 species were identified,and most species were from Cypriniform.The analysis indicated no significant differences in fish communities among the three urban areas.However,significant differences were observed between the bank solidified and non-solidified areas,which indicated that the channelization significantly influenced the biodiversity and abundances.An alien species,Clarias gariepinus,was discovered in all examined sites,and it was negatively associated with ten native species.Furthermore,human populations and acidification were also negatively related to diversity.Our findings clearly showed that the consequences of anthropogenic activities shaped ichthyofauna and caused biodiversity loss in the urban river.Cong Zeng Yao Wen Xinhua Liu Jianbo Yu Binsong Jin Deliang Li 2022Aquaculture and Fisheries2022,7,6:1

15Development and experiment of the mechanism for oolong tea stirring motion based on the manual stirring characteristics analysis显示文摘In this study,the motion characteristics of manual stirring were analyzed to achieve the goal of realizing a highquality mechanized imitation of manual stirring for oolong tea.A test bench for collecting the motion characteristics of manual stirring was designed,and the standard manual stirring motion characteristic curve was obtained.According to the requirements of the stirring motion characteristics,a variable-speed and variable-amplitude stirring mechanism was proposed,the kinematics model and reverse design model of the stirring mechanism were established,auxiliary analysis and design software were written,and the non-circular gear pitch curve and cam profile curve were obtained.A three-dimensional model of the stirring machine was established,a virtual prototype of the stirring machine was built,and the simulation experiment was completed by using the ADAMS software.A prototype of the stirring machine was developed,and the stirring experiment was conducted on the prototype.The maximum deviation of the pitch angle is 2.8772°,and the maximum deviation of the roll angle is 1.5948°according to the analysis and comparison of the actual curve data and the theoretical data curve.The experimental results showed that the simulation angle curve and the actual angle curve were consistent with the theoretical standard manual stirring motion characteristic curve,which verified the correctness of the design and modeling of the stirring mechanism.The tea was mechanically stirred by the stirring mechanism to achieve the desired stirring effect,which verified the feasibility of the stirring machine.Jianneng Chen Kun Yao Binsong Zhou Xiong Zhao Xianbing Bian Zheng Zhu Jiangming Jia 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,5:0
16Analytical solution for a circular roadway considering the transient effect of excavation unloading显示文摘The rocks surrounding a roadway exhibit some special and complex phenomena with increasing depth of excavation in underground engineering.Quasi-static analysis cannot adequately explain these engineering problems.The computational model of a circular roadway considering the transient effect of excavation unloading is established for these problems.The time factor makes the solution of the problem difficult.Thus,the computational model is divided into a dynamic model and a static model.The Laplace integral transform and inverse transform are performed to solve the dynamic model and elasticity theory is used to analyze the static model.The results from an example show that circumferential stress increases and radial stress decreases with time.The stress difference becomes large gradually in this progress.The displacement increases with unloading time and decreases with the radial depth of surrounding rocks.It can be seen that the development trend of unloading and displacement is similar by comparing their rates.Finally,the results of ANSYS are used to verify the analytical solution.The contrast indicates that the laws of the two methods are basically in agreement.Thus,the analysis can provide a reference for further study.Feng Qiang Jiang Binsong Wang Gang Hu Chuanpeng 2016International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2016,26,4:0
17Fabrication of N-CQDs@W_(18)O_(49) heterojunction with enhanced charge separation and photocatalytic performance under full-spectrum ligh irradiation显示文摘Increasing the charge separation and the utilization efficiency of sunlight are essential factors in a photocatalytic process.In this study,we prepared crystalline N-CQDs@W_(18) O_(49) heterostructures,through the in situ growth of W_(18) O_(49) nanocrystals on nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs).N-CQDs@W_(18) O_(49) nanocomposites showed high activity in the photodegradation of ciprofloxacin(CIP)and methyl orange(MO).The photodegradation activity of the optimized N-CQDs@W_(18) O_(49)-5 sample was four times higher than that of W_(18) O_(49) under ultraviolet-visible(UV–vis) light irradiation.The photodegradation activity of N-CQDs@W_(18) O_(49)-5 sample was two times higher than that of W_(18) O_(49) under near-infrared(NIR) light irradiation.The enhanced photosensitivity of the nanocomposites was attributed to the promotion of charge separation by N-CQDs and the local surface plasmon resonance(LSPR) effect of W_(18) O_(49) under NIR light irradiation.This work provides a promising approach for designing and manufacturing photocatalysts with full-spectral responsiveness and improved charge separation.Ju Huang Jiawen Wang Zhengjia Hao Chensha Li Binsong Wang Yang Qu 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10:0
18Testing mechanisms underlying elevational patterns of lakeshore plant community assembly in Poyang Lake, China显示文摘Aims Plant community assembly in wetlands usually changes with eleva-tion gradients,which may be due to the direct effect of flooding and indirect effects such as changes in soil properties and competition.However,the respective importance of each factor remains to be investigated.Methods We investigated patterns of plant diversity,community biomass and soil properties along an elevation gradient of a lakeshore meadow at Poyang Lake,China.Important Findings(i)With increasing elevation,species richness and Simpson diver-sity index decreased.Both aboveground biomass(AGB)and below-ground biomass(BGB)increased with elevation,however,the BGB/AGB ratio also increased,which suggests a significant effect of belowground competition.(ii)Soil N content and soil N:P ratio increased,whereas soil pH decreased with elevation.Other soil properties showed no significant response.(iii)Structural equa-tion modeling showed that variation of plant diversity was mainly explained by BGB.Thus,intensified belowground competition seems to be the primary mechanism causing lower plant diversity at higher elevations.(iv)These findings were further supported by the observed greater response ratio of N and P storage in plant commu-nities than the response ratio of soil N and P content to elevation,suggesting that soil nutrient limitation and belowground nutrient competition increased with elevation.Our study has important implications to wetland management and biodiversity conserva-tion under environmental change(e.g.changes in flooding regimes,eutrophication).Zhichun Lan Yasong Chen Lei Li Feng Li Binsong Jin Jiakuan Chen 2019Journal of Plant Ecology2019,12,3:0
19An improved strain-softening constitutive model of granite considering the effect of crack deformation显示文摘This paper presents an improved strain-softening constitutive model considering the effect of crack deformation based on the triaxial cyclic loading and unloading test results.The improved model assumes that total strain is a combination of plastic,elastic,and crack strains.The constitutive relationship between the crack strain and the stress was further derived.The evolutions of mechanical parameters,i.e.strength parameters,dilation angle,unloading elastic modulus,and deformation parameters of crack,with the plastic strain and confining pressure were studied.With the increase in plastic strain,the cohesion,friction angle,dilation angle,and crack Poisson's ratio initially increase and subsequently decrease,and the unloading elastic modulus and the crack elastic modulus nonlinearly decrease.The increasing confining pressure enhances the strength and unloading elastic modulus,and decreases the dilation angle and Poisson's ratio of the crack.The theoretical triaxial compressive stress-strain curves were compared with the experimental results,and they present a good agreement with each other.The improved constitutive model can well reflect the nonlinear mechanical behavior of granite.Yapeng Li Qiang Zhang Qiuxin Gu Peinan Wu Binsong Jiang 2024Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2024,16,4:0
20Synthesis and photocurrent response of porphyrin-containing conjugated polymers显示文摘Porphyrin-containing conjugated poly- mers with fluorene or carbazole as spacer groups were prepared by Sonogashira cross-coupling reac- tions. The polymers were of high molecular weight and the flexible alkyl chains on fluorene or carbazole units made the conjugated polymers soluble in common organic solvents, such as THF and methyl- ene chloride. The polymers could form high quality durable films from solution casting. Their optical and photocurrent responsive properties were investigated. It was found that the photocurrent response was di- rectly proportional to the content of porphyrin.
