| 1 | Effect of Ball Scribing on Magnetic Barkhausen Noise of Grain-oriented Electrical Steel显示文摘Effect of ball scribing on magnetic Barkhausen noise(MBN) of conventional grain-oriented(CGO) and highpermeability grain-oriented(HGO) electrical steel was investigated.The results showed that after ball scribing, root mean square of MBN(MBNrms) of CGO electrical steel increased 9.8%with 4 mm scribing spacing at 1.2 T,and that of HGO electrical steel apparently decreased 17.3%with 16 mm scribing spacing at 1.2 T. | 3 | B2SMatcher:fine-Grained version identification of open-Source software in binary files显示文摘Codes of Open Source Software(OSS)are widely reused during software development nowadays.However,reusing some specific versions of OSS introduces 1-day vulnerabilities of which details are publicly available,which may be exploited and lead to serious security issues.Existing state-of-the-art OSS reuse detection work can not identify the specific versions of reused OSS well.The features they selected are not distinguishable enough for version detection and the matching scores are only based on similarity.This paper presents B2SMatcher,a fine-grained version identification tool for OSS in commercial off-the-shelf(COTS)software.We first discuss five kinds of version-sensitive code features that are trackable in both binary and source code.We categorize these features into program-level features and function-level features and propose a two-stage version identification approach based on the two levels of code features.B2SMatcher also identifies different types of OSS version reuse based on matching scores and matched feature instances.In order to extract source code features as accurately as possible,B2SMatcher innovatively uses machine learning methods to obtain the source files involved in the compilation and uses function abstraction and normalization methods to eliminate the comparison costs on redundant functions across versions.We have evaluated B2SMatcher using 6351 candidate OSS versions and 585 binaries.The result shows that B2SMatcher achieves a high precision up to 89.2%and outperforms state-of-the-art tools.Finally,we show how B2SMatcher can be used to evaluate real-world software and find some security risks in practice. | Gu Ban Lili Xu Yang Xiao Xinhua Li Zimu Yuan Wei Huo | 2021 | Cybersecurity2021,4,1: | 1 |
| 4 | Effect of Ball Scribing on Iron Loss of CGO and HGO Electrical Steel显示文摘The effect of ball scribing on iron loss of conventional grain-oriented ( CGO) and high-permeability grain-oriented ( HGO) electrical steel was investigated. In this paper,ball scribing was achieved by self- designed ball scribing instrument and a computer-controlled system capable of providing high accuracy and automatic measurements was developed for the magnetisation and measurement at high and low flux densities. The results showed that after ball scribing,iron loss of two types of steel ( C711 and H668 ) apparently decreases ( 5. 5% and 8. 2% respectively after 16mm scribing at 1. 2T) ,and at high and low flux densities, CGO and HGO electrical steel performs differently. Through the formation and development of free magnetic poles and secondary magnetic domains due to compressive stress,primary magnetic domain spacing of grain- oriented electrical steel becomes smaller,which reflects as a reduction of iron loss in the macroscopic magnetic properties. | 6 | Cardiac-specific deletion of BRG1 ameliorates ventricular arrhythmia in mice with myocardial infarction显示文摘Malignant ventricular arrhythmia(VA)after myocardial infarction(MI)is mainly caused by myocardial electrophysiological remodeling.Brahma-related gene 1(BRG1)is an ATPase catalytic subunit that belongs to a family of chromatin remodeling complexes called Switch/Sucrose Non-Fermentable Chromatin(SWI/SNF).BRG1 has been reported as a molecular chaperone,interacting with various transcription factors or proteins to regulate transcription in cardiac diseases.In this study,we investigated the potential role of BRG1 in ion channel remodeling and VA after ischemic infarction.Myocardial infarction(MI)mice were established by ligating the left anterior descending(LAD)coronary artery,and electrocardiogram(ECG)was monitored.Epicardial conduction of MI mouse heart was characterized in Langendorff-perfused hearts using epicardial optical voltage mapping.Patch-clamping analysis was conducted in single ventricular cardiomyocytes isolated from the mice.We showed that BRG1 expression in the border zone was progressively increased in the first week following MI.Cardiac-specific deletion of BRG1 by tail vein injection of AAV9-BRG1-shRNA significantly ameliorated susceptibility to electrical-induced VA and shortened QTc intervals in MI mice.BRG1 knockdown significantly enhanced conduction velocity(CV)and reversed the prolonged action potential duration in MI mouse heart.Moreover,BRG1 knockdown improved the decreased densities of Na^(+)current(I_(Na))and transient outward potassium current(I_(to)),as well as the expression of Na_(v)1.5 and K_(v)4.3 in the border zone of MI mouse hearts and in hypoxia-treated neonatal mouse ventricular cardiomyocytes.We revealed that MI increased the binding among BRG1,T-cell factor 4(TCF4)andβ-catenin,forming a transcription complex,which suppressed the transcription activity of SCN5A and KCND3,thereby influencing the incidence of VA post-MI. | Jing Li Zi-yue Ma Yun-feng Cui Ying-tao Cui Xian-hui Dong Yong-zhen Wang Yu-yang Fu Ya-dong Xue Ting-ting Tong Ying-zi Ding Ya-mei Zhu Hai-jun Huang Ling Zhao Hong-zhao Lv Ling-zhao Xiong Kai Zhang Yu-xuan Han Tao Ban Rong Huo | 2024 | Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2024,45,3: | 0 |
| 7 | A powerful adaptive microbiome-based association test for microbial association signals with diverse sparsity levels显示文摘The dysbiosis of microbiome may have negative effects on a host phenotype.The microbes related to the host phenotype are regarded as microbial association signals.Recently,statistical methods based on microbiome-phenotype association tests have been extensively developed to detect these association signals.However,the currently available methods do not perform well to detect microbial association signals when dealing with diverse sparsity levels(i.e.,sparse,low sparse,non-sparse).Actually,the real association patterns related to different host phenotypes are not unique.Here,we propose a powerful and adaptive microbiome-based association test to detect microbial association signals with diverse sparsity levels,designated as MiATDS.In particular,we define probability degree to measure the associations between microbes and the host phenotype and introduce the adaptive weighted sum of powered score tests by considering both probability degree and phylogenetic information.We design numerous simulation experiments for the task of detecting association signals with diverse sparsity levels to prove the performance of the method.We find that type I error rates can be well-controlled and MiATDS shows superior efficiency on the power.By applying to real data analysis,MiATDS displays reliable practicability too.The R package is available at http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460asuc5fvcn9obvu6fbo.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/XiaoyunHuang33/MiATDS. | Han Sun Xiaoyun Huang Lingling Fu Ban Huo Tingting He Xingpeng Jiang | 2021 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,9: | 0 |
