| 4 | 护士和助产士在初级保健中角色认知问卷的编制及心理测量学评价显示文摘目的编制护士和助产士在初级保健中角色认知问卷(Nurses and Midwives Perceptions of theirRoles in Primary Healthcare,NMPR-PHC),并对其进行心理测量学评价。方法采用横断面调查法,选取约旦不同的初级保健机构150名注册护士和助产士为研究对象。采用内部一致性信度、折半系数验证量表的信度,采用验证性因子分析评价量表的因子结构。结果NMPR-PHC的最终版本包含18个条目。探索性因子分析揭示了构成问卷的6个因子,分别是:医疗照护协调和跨专业协作、初级保健工作场所促进者,患者照护的管理、研究、初级保健工作场所限制和高等教育,解释了问卷总方差的66.49%。问卷的Cronbach'sα系数为0.834,各分量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.662~0.707,折半系数为0.734。结论问卷总体具有良好的心理测量学特征,可作为评估护士和助产士在初级保健中角色认知的工具。 | Tariq N·Al-Dwaikat Wafa’a Ta’an Mohammad Alrawashdeh Nesrin Abu Baker Nahla M·Al Ali | 2020 | International Journal of Nursing Sciences2020，7，4： | 0 |
