1Hot deformation behavior and workability characteristic of a fine-grained Mg–8Sn–2Zn–2Al alloy with processing map显示文摘The hot deformation behavior of a fine-grained Mg–8 Sn–2 Zn–2 Al(TZA822, in wt%) alloy was investigated in the temperature range of 150–350°C and the strain rate of 0.01–10 s^-1 employing thermomechanical simulator. In most of the cases, the material showed typical dynamic recrystallization(DRX) features i.e., a signal peak value followed by a gradual decrease or to reach a steady state. The work hardening rate was found to increase with decreasing temperature and increasing strain rate, while strain rates had great effects on work hardening behavior. Meanwhile, the constitutive analysis indicated that cross-slip of dislocations was likely to be the dominant deformation mechanism. In addition, the processing map at the strain of 0.1–0.7 showed two stability domains with high power dissipation efficiencies and the optimum hot working parameters for the studied alloy was determined to be 350°C/0.01 s^-1 and 350°C/10 s^-1, at which continuous DRX(CDRX) and discontinuous DRX(DDRX) as main softening mechanism. 3Responses of soil microbial communities to freeze–thaw cycles in a Chinese temperate forest显示文摘Background:Freeze–thaw events are common in boreal and temperate forest ecosystems and are increasingly infuenced by climate warming.Soil microorganisms play an important role in maintaining ecosystem stability,but their responses to freeze–thaw cycles(FTCs)are poorly understood.We conducted a feld freeze–thaw experiment in a natural Korean pine and broadleaf mixed forest in the Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve,China,to determine the dynamic responses of soil microbial communities to FTCs.Results:Bacteria were more sensitive than fungi to FTCs.Fungal biomass,diversity and community composition were not signifcantly afected by freeze–thaw regardless of the stage.Moderate initial freeze–thaw resulted in increased bacterial biomass,diversity,and copiotrophic taxa abundance.Subsequent FTCs reduced the bacterial biomass and diversity.Compared with the initial FTC,subsequent FTCs exerted an opposite efect on the direction of change in the composition and function of the bacterial community.Soil water content,dissolved organic carbon,ammonium nitrogen,and total dissolved phosphorus were important factors determining bacterial community diversity and composition during FTCs.Moreover,the functional potentials of the microbial community involved in C and N cycling were also afected by FTCs.Conclusions:Diferent stages of FTCs have diferent ecological efects on the soil environment and microbial activities.Soil FTCs changed the soil nutrients and water availability and then mainly infuenced bacterial community composition,diversity,and functional potentials,which may disturb C and N states in this temperate forest soil.This study also improves our understanding of microbial communities regulating their ecological functions in response to climate change.Changpeng Sang Zongwei Xia Lifei Sun Hao Sun Ping Jiang Chao Wang Edith Bai 2021Ecological Processes2021,10,1:1

5Purification and anti-inflammatory effect of selenium-containing protein fraction from selenium-enriched Spirulina platensis显示文摘Spirulina platensis is an excellent carrier of Se,and thus widely used in medical fields and as well as in the food industry.However,there is little information about the characteristics and bioactivity of selenium-containing S.platensis proteins(Se-SP).In this study,Se-SP with different molecular weights were isolated from selenium-enriched S.platensis,and the bioactivities(such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities)of Se-SP were investigated.Se-SP3(with a molecular weight range of 20-48 kDa)showed better free radical scavenging ability(ABTS)than the other Se-SPs.In addition,Se-SP3 suppressed inflammatory cytokines,in which decreased by 74% interleukin 6(IL-6),42.28% tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),69.07% content of malondialdehyde(MDA),40.45% interleukin-1β(IL-1β)relative to the LPS group.Moreover,Se-SP3 decreased the nitric oxide(NO)production by 64.84% compared with the LPS group and increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),indicating that Se-SP3 has excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities,and could be used as a functional food ingredient or natural medicine.Pingyingzi Jiang Jinhao Meng Lifei Zhang Li Huang Lulu Wei Yunxia Bai Xiaoling Liu Shubo Li 2022Food Bioscience2022,45,1:0
