1复用处理对聚砜血液透析器膜传质和表面电性的影响显示文摘自从对血液透析器进行复用处理回用以来,人们对这种实践一直存在争议。本研究的目的是建立次氯酸盐和过氧乙酸复用处理对FreseniusF80B聚砜血液透析器影响的定量认识和比较。在新F80B聚砜透析器和用次氯酸盐与过氧乙酸复用处理1次、5次和15次的透析器上,得到了尿素、维生素B12和多分散葡聚糖的溶质清除率、膜的超滤系数和ζ电位。结果表明这两种溶液对透析器的复用处理效果截然不同。用双层膜模型结合已有的流体动力模型分析溶质清除率数据,还定量得出了新透析器和经两种溶液复用处理后的透析器的实际膜孔径。邵嘉慧 Andrew Zydney 2006透析与人工器官2006,17,3:4
