4Characteristics of Greenhouse Gas Emissions from MSWM in Chongqing,China during 2003-2020显示文摘Researches put forward that municipal solid waste management(MSWM) emitted greenhouse gases(GHGs) and contributed to global warming potential(GWP). In 2020, Chongqing, the largest municipality in China, generated 6 285 Gg of municipal solid waste(MSW), and 5 806 Gg of MSW was safely disposed either by incineration or landfill. Hence, the amount of GHG emissions generated from MSWM in Chongqing is essential for providing basic data, improving and optimizing MSWM scenario and avoiding unnecessary emissions. This present work aims at estimating characteristics of GHG emissions generated from MSWM in Chongqing. In this paper, according to the Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories of IPCC in 2006, life cycle assessment(LCA) was used to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the GHGs characteristics of MSW in Chongqing from 2003 to 2020. The results show that the total GHGs increased from 41.43 Gg of CO_(2)-eq in 2003 to 4 779.6 Gg of CO_(2)-eq in 2020. 6Optimum preparation technology for Chinese fir wood/Ca-montmorillonite (Ca-MMT) composite board显示文摘For this study, an intercalation compounding method was used to prepare Chinese fir wood/Ca-montmorillonite (Ca-MMT) composite board to improve its properties such as surface mechanical properties, flame retardance and dimensional sta-bility. By virtue of water-soluble phenolic resin (PF), Chinese fir wood and Ca-MMT were mixed by pressure and vacuum impregna-tion. The optimum impregnation technology of Chinese fir wood/Ca-MMT composite board was obtained by using an orthogonal design and a single factor design of pressure and vacuum impregnation, using weight percent gain (WPG) as the basic index. The results are as follows: 1) On the basis of the orthogonal design and an actual experiment, the optimum preparation technology of Chinese fir wood/Ca-MMT composite board is 20% PF resin dispersion concentration (wt%), 1.0 CEC amount of organic intercala-tion agent, 0.098 MPa vacuum degree, 5% concentration of Ca-MMT and 1.0 MPa pressure. 2) The WPG of the composite board samples of 450 mm length was much larger than that of the samples of 600, 750 and 900 mm length. 17Optimization of antioxidant activity by response surface methodology in hydrolysates of jellyfish(Rhopilema esculentum) umbrella collagen显示文摘To optimize the hydrolysis conditions to prepare hydrolysates of jellyfish umbrella collagen with the highest hydroxyl radical scavenging activity,collagen extracted from jellyfish umbrella was hydrolyzed with trypsin,and response surface methodology(RSM) was applied.The optimum conditions obtained from experiments were pH 7.75,temperature(T) 48.77 °C,and enzyme-to-substrate ratio([E]/[S]) 3.50%.The analysis of variance in RSM showed that pH and [E]/[S] were important factors that significantly affected the process(P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively).The hydrolysates of jellyfish umbrella collagen were fractionated by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and three fractions(HF-1>3000 Da,1000 DaYong-liang ZHUANG Xue ZHAO Ba-fang LI 2009Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2009,10,8:7
18Isolation and Characterization of Collagen from Squid(Ommastrephes bartrami) Skin显示文摘Collagen of squid(Ommastrephes bartrami) skin was examined in the present study. Histology showed that collagen fiber in the skin was partially cross-linked with muscle fiber. Acid-solubilized collagen(ASC) and pepsin-solubilized collagen(PSC) were extracted from the skin and characterized. The results of amino acid composition and electrophoretic patterns revealed that ASC and PSC were both type Ⅰ collagen,containing α1 and α2 chains. FTIR(fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) investigations confirmed the existence of helical arrangements in PSC of squid skin. 20Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Defatted Mackerel Protein with Low Bitter Taste显示文摘Ultrasound-assisted solvent extraction was confirmed as a novel,effective method for separating lipid from mackerel pro-tein,resulting in a degreasing rate (DR) of 95% and a nitrogen recovery (NR) of 88.6%.To obtain protein hydrolysates with high ni-trogen recovery and low bitter taste,enzymatic hydrolysis was performed using eight commercially available proteases.It turned out that the optimum enzyme was the ‘Mixed enzymes for animal proteolysis’.An enzyme dosage of 4%,a temperature of 50℃,and a hydrolysis time of 300 min were found to be the optimum conditions to obtain high NR (84.28%) and degree of hydrolysis (DH,16.18%) by orthogonal experiments.Glutamic acid was the most abundant amino acid of MDP (defatted mackerel protein) and MDPH (defatted mackerel protein hydrolysates).Compared with the FAO/WHO reference protein,the essential amino acid chemical scores (CS) were greater than 1.0 (1.0 1.7) in MDPH,which is reflective of high nutritional value.This,coupled with the light color and slight fishy odor,indicates that MDPH would potentially have a wide range of applications such as nutritional additives,functional ingredients,and so on.HOU Hu LI Bafang ZHAO Xue 2011Journal of Ocean University of China2011,10,1:4
