1高脂饮食诱导的肠道微生物代谢障碍对精子发生和精子运动的损害显示文摘1973至2011年间西方国家男性精子密度快速下降50%以上,且当前无有效治疗方法减缓其下降趋势。越来越多的临床研究及动物实验表明,高脂饮食介导的肥胖、代谢综合征可以重塑肠道菌群,继而影响能量代谢、肠道黏膜屏障、宿主免疫、预防病原菌等生理功能。为了解高脂饮食是否通过肠道菌群影响男性生殖,该研究分别将正常饮食喂养的小鼠肠道菌群移植入6只正常饮食小鼠(组1),高脂饮食喂养的小鼠肠道菌群移植入另外6只正常饮食小鼠(组2)体内,15周后,检测到组2小鼠的精子生成、精子运动、曲细精管内精原干细胞数量、精母细胞数量均显著下降,血液内毒素升高近2倍,但组1小鼠的上述指标无明显改变。Ding N Zhang X Zhang XD 季文(编译) 2020中华医学杂志2020,100,26:25
