| 5 | 中空介孔二氧化硅负载磷钨酸催化剂的制备及其在生物柴油合成中的应用显示文摘以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,使用改进后的St9ber法合成实心二氧化硅球(SiO_(2)),然后用Na_(2)CO_(3)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(C_(16)TAB)对其进行选择性地一步刻蚀,得到中空介孔二氧化硅纳米球(HMSN),最后使用改进后的浸渍法引入磷钨酸作为活性中心,由此得到中空介孔二氧化硅负载磷钨酸的纳米催化剂(HPW/HMSN)。用FTIR、XPS、XRD、BET、SEM、TEM、EDS、TGA等对制备的催化剂进行表征,并用间接滴定法测定其酸量。结果证明,磷钨酸被成功引入载体表面,所合成的催化剂具有中空介孔结构,并且粒径均一、单分散性好,催化剂比表面积高达481 m^(2)/g。酸量(H^(+))高达340.4μmol/g。通过单因素试验确定催化剂对油酸和甲醇合成生物柴油的最佳反应条件为反应温度80℃、反应时间2 h、醇油摩尔比10∶1和催化剂用量为原料总质量的3%,在此条件下油酸转化率可达98.7%。此外,催化剂具有良好的可重复使用性,在重复使用5次时仍保持了85.2%的油酸转化率。 | 聂志欣 蒋平平 赵汇行 蒋国强 曹圣平 Phyu Thin Wai 张萍波 赵敏仲 | 2021 | 中国油脂2021,46,7: | 6 |
| 6 | 长期稻-稻-紫云英轮作对水稻种子内生细菌的影响及促生功能评价显示文摘种子被视为有益微生物的储存库和载体。与根际和叶际相比,种子相关细菌的研究还十分落后。本研究以长期绿肥植物与水稻轮作(稻-稻-紫云英,R-R-MV)和冬闲(稻-稻-冬闲,R-R-WF)两种种植模式的水稻种子为材料,分离种子内生细菌;在对菌株进行16S r RNA基因系统发育分析基础上,依据分离来源和分类地位选择代表菌株,进行溶磷、产IAA和铁载体等植物促生功能的检测。结果显示,绿肥轮作后水稻种子内生细菌的数量显著高于冬闲,群落组成也发生了明显变化。在属水平上,Pseudomonas和Xanthomonas是R-R-WF中的优势属,分别占28.57%和26.19%,而R-R-MV中Pantoea是优势属,占27.94%,其次是Pseudomonas(14.71%)和Paenibacillus(13.24%)。进行功能检测的31个菌株中,大多数分离株具有有益于植物的特性,表明种子内生细菌与植物的生长及健康密切相关。本研究不仅揭示了长期轮作条件可以改变种子的微生物组成,还获得了有益的微生物资源,将有助于种子内生菌作为生物接种剂在可持续农业中的研究和应用。 | 赵霞 张子强 夏振远 Kyu Kyu Thin 郭鹤宝 何山文 高菊生 张晓霞 | 2020 | 中国土壤与肥料2020,,1: | 6 |
| 7 | Investigation of radionuclide~(63)Ni(Ⅱ) sequestration mechanisms on mordenite by batch and EXAFS spectroscopy study显示文摘The sorption behavior and microscopic sequestration mechanisms of radionuclide 63Ni(II) on mordenite as a function of aging time,ionic strength,initial 63Ni(Ⅱ) concentrations,solid content and coexistent electrolyte ions were investigated by the com-bination of batch and EXAFS techniques.Macroscopic experiment results show that the sorption of 63Ni(Ⅱ) is dependent on ionic strength at pH<7,and independent of ionic strength at pH>7.The sorption percentage of 63Ni(Ⅱ) on mordenite increases with increasing solid content,while the sorption capacity decreases as solid content increases.The presence of different elec-trolyte ions can enhance or inhibit the sorption of Ni(II) on mordenite in various degrees.EXAFS analysis results of the sam-ples under three different ionic strengths suggest that the retained 63Ni(Ⅱ) in these samples exists in an octahedral environment with six water ligands.In the initial period of rapid uptake,the sorption of 63Ni(Ⅱ) is dominated by the formation of in-ner-sphere surface complexes.As aging time increases,63Ni(Ⅱ) sequestration behavior tends to be mainly controlled by the formation of Ni phyllosilicate co-precipitates and/or Ni(OH)2(s) precipitates.Results for the second shell fit of the sample pre-pared at an initial 63Ni(Ⅱ) concentration of 100 mg/L indicate the possible formation of Ni polynuclear surface complexes.Both the macroscopic sorption data and the molecular level evidence of 63Ni(Ⅱ) surface speciation at the mordenite/water in-terfaces should be factored into better predictions of the mobility and bioavailability of 63Ni(Ⅱ) in environment mediums. | YANG ShiTong,SHENG GuoDong,GUO ZhiQiang,TAN XiaoLi,XU JinZhang & WANG XiangKe Key Laboratory of Novel Thin Film Solar Cells,Institute of Plasma Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Hefei 230031,China | 2012 | Science China Chemistry2012,55,4: | 5 |

| 10 | A fast method to diagnose phase transition from amorphous to microcrystalline silicon显示文摘A series of hydrogenated silicon thin films were prepared by the radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method (RF-PECVD) with various si-lane concentrations. The influence of silane concentration on structural and elec-trical characteristics of these films was investigated to study the phase transition region from amorphous to microcrystalline phase. At the same time,optical emis-sion spectra (OES) from the plasma during the deposition process were monitored to get information about the plasma properties,Raman spectra were measured to study the structural characteristics of the deposited films. The combinatorial analysis of OES and Raman spectra results demonstrated that the OES can be used as a fast method to diagnose phase transition from amorphous to microcrystalline silicon. | 13 | Influence of CaZrO_3 on dielectric properties and microstructures of BaTiO_3-based X8R ceramics显示文摘The influences of CaZrO3 on the dielectric properties and microstructures of BaTiO3 (BT)-based ceramics have been investigated. The experiment results showed that the dielectric constant at room temperature increased with the addition of CaZrO3 in the range of 0―3.0 mol%, which could be explained by the growth of BT grains. XRD analysis revealed that the tetragonality declined as CaZrO3 concentration in-creased. XRD patterns of BT ceramics with different amounts of CaZrO3 doping were analyzed by a recently developed procedure-materials analysis using diffrac-tion (MAUD), which was based on the Rietveld method combined with Fourier analysis. The results depicted that the high temperature peak of tempera-ture-capacitance characteristics (TCC) was largely dependent on the micro-strain of samples. Furthermore, more CaZrO3 doping resulted in lower porosity and higher density. | 15 | Vedolizumab for ulcerative colitis: Real world outcomes from a multicenter observational cohort of Australia and Oxford显示文摘BACKGROUND Vedolizumab(VDZ),a humanised monoclonal antibody that selectively inhibits alpha4-beta7 integrins is approved for use in adult moderate to severe ulcerative colitis(UC)patients.AIM To assess the efficacy and safety of VDZ in the real-world management of UC in a large multicenter cohort involving two countries and to identify predictors of achieving remission.METHODS A retrospective review of Australian and Oxford,United Kingdom data for UC patients.Clinical response at 3 mo,endoscopic remission at 6 mo and clinical remission at 3,6 and 12 mo were assessed.Cox regression models and Kaplan Meier curves were performed to assess the time to remission,time to failure and the covariates influencing them.Safety outcomes were recorded.RESULTS Three hundred and three UC patients from 14 centres in Australia and United Kingdom,[60%n=182,anti-TNF naïve]were included.The clinical response was 79%at 3 mo with more Australian patients achieving clinical response compared to Oxford(83%vs 70%P=0.01).Clinical remission for all patients was 56%,62%and 60%at 3,6 and 12 mo respectively.Anti-TNF naive patients were more likely to achieve remission than exposed patients at all the time points(3 mo 66%vs 40%P<0.001,6 mo 73%vs 46%P<0.001,12 mo 66%vs 51%P=0.03).More Australian patients achieved endoscopic remission at 6 mo compared to Oxford(69%vs 43%P=0.01).On multi-variate analysis,anti-TNF naïve patients were 1.8(95%CI:1.3-2.3)times more likely to achieve remission than anti-TNF exposed(P<0.001).32 patients(11%)had colectomy by 12 mo.CONCLUSION VDZ was safe and effective with 60%of UC patients achieving clinical remission at 12 mo and prior anti-TNF exposure influenced this outcome. | Samba Siva Reddy Pulusu Ashish Srinivasan Krupa Krishnaprasad Daniel Cheng Jakob Begun CharlotteKeung Daniel Van Langenberg Lena Thin Tamara Mogilevski Peter De Cruz Graham Radford-Smith Emma Flanagan Sally Bell Soleiman Kashkooli Miles Sparrow Simon Ghaly Peter Bampton Elise Sawyer Susan Connor Quart-ul-ain Rizvi Jane M Andrews Gillian Mahy Paola Chivers Simon Travis Ian Craig Lawrance | 2020 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,30: | 2 |
