1基于脉冲激励的地铁运营引起邻近建筑物内振动预测方法显示文摘根据振动系统传递特性,提出一种新的环境振动预测方法——实测脉冲传递函数预测方法。通过脉冲试验测得振源与邻近建筑物内测点的振动加速度,计算得到振动系统的振动响应传递函数;将实测的地铁运营振源的振动加速度代入传递函数公式,实现对建筑物内测点的振动加速度时程、频谱、1/3倍频程和z振级的预测。应用该方法预测隧道中心楼内测点振动加速度结果表明:隧道结构与隧道中心楼内测点振动加速度传递函数峰值频段为30~50Hz,隧道中心楼内振动加速度峰值频段为40~60Hz;土层和隧道中心楼基础结构对60Hz以上频段的振动具有很强的衰减作用,楼房基础结构有效地隔断了70Hz以上的高频振动。该方法可用于预测地铁运营引起的建筑物内振动。 Wang, Wenbin Liu, Weining Sun, Ning Li, Kefei Liu, Li 2012中国铁道科学2012,,4:12
2Influence of Danshen Injection on airway inflammation and CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T cells of asthmatic rats显示文摘Objective: To investigate the influence of Danshen Injection on airway inflammation and CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells(CD4+CD25+ Tr) of asthmatic rats, and elucidate the possible mechanism of Danshen Injection in treatment of asthma. Methods: 30 Wister rats were randomly divided into control group, asthma group and Danshen Injection treated group. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluids(BALF) were collected, and cytology studies were conducted. Lung tissues were obtained and pathologic analyses were done with hematoxylin and eosin stain(HE). Flow cytometry was used to detect the CD4+CD25+ Tr ratio in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs). Results: Total cell, the percentage of lymphocytes, neutrophils and eosinophils(Eos) in BALF of Danshen Injection-treated group were lower than that in asthma group(P ﹤ 0.05, P ﹤ 0.01). Compared with asthma group, less infiltration of inflammatory cells in lung tissues was observed in Danshen Injection-treated group. CD4+CD25+ Tr of asthma group was lower than that of control and Danshen Injection treated group (P ﹤ 0.05). 3TRDMT1 exhibited protective effects against LPS-induced inflammation in rats through TLR4-NF-κB/MAPK-TNF-αpathway显示文摘Background:Inflammation is a complex physiological and pathological process.Although many types of inflammation are well characterized,their physiological func-tions are largely unknown.tRNA aspartic acid methyltransferase 1(TRDMT1)has been implicated as a stress-related protein,but its intrinsic biological role is unclear.Methods:We constructed a Trdmt1 knockout rat and adopted the LPS-induced sepsis model.Survival curve,histopathological examination,expression of inflammatory fac-tors,and protein level of TLR4 pathway were analyzed.Results:Trdmt1 deletion had no obvious impact on development and growth.Trdmt1 de-letion slightly increased the mortality during aging.Our data showed that Trdmt1 strongly responded in LPS-treated rats,and Trdmt1 knockout rats were vulnerable to LPS treat-ment with declined survival rate.We also observed more aggravated tissue damage and more cumulative functional cell degeneration in LPS-treated knockout rats compared with control rats.Further studies showed upregulated TNF-αlevel in liver,spleen,lung,and serum tissues,which may be explained by enhanced p65 and p38 phosphorylation.Conclusions:Our data demonstrated that Trdmt1 plays a protective role in inflamma-tion by regulating the TLR4-NF-κB/MAPK-TNF-αpathway.This work provides useful information to understand the TRDMT1 function in inflammation.Zhengguang Li Xiaolong Qi Xu Zhang Lei Yu Lijuan Gao Weining Kong Wei Chen Wei Dong Lijun Luo Dan Lu Lianfeng Zhang Yuanwu Ma 2022Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2022,5,2:5
4Investigation on induction brazing of profiled cBN wheel for grinding of Ti-6Al-4V显示文摘Profiled monolayer cBN wheel was induction brazed for grinding of titanium dovetail slot in this study.Aimed at acquiring a uniform temperature distribution along the profiled surface and reducing the thermal deformation of the brazed wheel,a finite element model was established to investigate the temperature uniformity during induction brazing.A suitable induction coil and the related working parameters were designed and chosen based on the simulation results.Ag-Cu-Ti alloy and cBN grains were applied in the induction brazing experiment.The results showed geometric deformation of the brazed wheel was no more than 0.01 mm and chemical reaction layer were found on the brazed joint interface.Further validation tests were carried out by grinding of Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy.Compared to the electroplated wheel,the brazed wheel showed better performance such as low specific grinding energy and good ground quality in grinding of Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy.Abrasion wear was found to be the main failure mode for the induction brazed wheel,while adhesion and grains pull-out were the main failure mode for the electroplated wheel.Qilin LI Kai DING Weining LEI Jiajia CHEN Qingshan HE Zhenzhen CHEN 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,4:2
5Dynamic response analysis of train-induced vibration impact on the Probhutaratna pagoda in Beijing显示文摘Train-induced vibration exhibits a potential dynamic impact on historic buildings and especially on those with high historical and cultural value.Under the long-term reciprocating load of train vibrations,structural fatigue damage can occur,and thus,a significant problem involves effectively evaluating and mitigating vibration impact on historic buildings while developing a rail transit system.In the present study,train-induced vibration impact and dynamic behavior of Probhutaratna pagoda in the suburb of Beijing,which has a history of approximately 1000 years,was investigated.To examine the dynamic behavior of the Probhutaratna pagoda and determine the weakest position in its architectural damage under train loads,its dynamic characteristics were measured.The free vibration modes were identified based on the dynamic measurement results.Subsequently,a finite element(FE)model of the Probhutaratna pagoda was constructed and the models and train-induced structural responses were compared with measured results.Finally,the structural dynamic responses to moving train loads were analyzed in detail.The results indicate the following conclusions.(1)The dominant frequency of the ambient vibration is below 4 Hz,and the dominant frequency of the train-induced vibration is between 8 and 16 Hz.(2)The first,second,and third order natural frequencies are 1,3.25,and 6 Hz,respectively,in the west-east direction,and are 1,3.25,and 6.25 Hz,respectively,in the north-south direction.(3)The two weakest locations(A and B)of the Probhutaratna pagoda are observed at the spire bottom and west gate of the first floor.At location A,the maximum principal stress reached 243.6 N/m^2 and the corresponding maximum tensile strain reached 3.74×10^-7.Li Minghang Ma Meng Cao Zhonglei Xia Qian Liu Weining 2021Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2021,20,1:2
6Study on liquids diffusion into and relevant corrosion behaviour of glass fibre reinforced polymer used in high voltage composite insulator显示文摘Long-term liquids diffusion tests were performed on glass fibre reinforced polymer(GFRP)used in high voltage composite insulator.The plate-shaped GFRP specimens were immersed in three types of liquids,which high voltage composite insulator would encounter in practice,including deionised water,NaCl solution and nitric acid solution for a period of 4000 h.Chemical reaction and physical dissolution complicated the diffusion processes,which could be divided into three types based on the features of diffusion curves.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and optical interferometry were employed to investigate the chemical property,two-dimensional(2D)and 3D surface morphologies of GFRP.The results revealed that the surface layer of GFRP was destroyed to some extent depending on the type and concentration of the liquid,the maximum of profile height deviation of GFRP surface was proposed to evaluate the extent of the corrosion of GFRP,the greater the profile height deviation,the more serious the corrosion of GFRP.The present work is helpful for a better understanding of the diffusion behaviour of liquids into GFRP used in high voltage composite insulator as well as in other industry applications.Yanfeng Gao Xidong Liang Weining Bao Chao Wu Shaohua Li Yingyan Liu Yuanji Cai 2020High Voltage2020,5,1:2
7Purification and Photodynamic Bioactivity of Phycoerythrin and Phycocyanin from Porphyra yezoensis Ueda显示文摘Phycoerythrin and phycocyanin were purified from Porphyra yezoensis Ueda with their bioactivity determined in this study. Continuous precipitation with ammonium sulfate at different concentrations(10%, 20%, 40% and 50%) increased the purity(A564:A280) of phycoerythrin to 1.49, 3.92 fold of the raw extract(0.38) and the purity(A615:A280) of phycocyanin to 0.70, 3.33 fold of the raw extract(0.21). Two more times of chromatography with hydroxylapatites finally made the purity of phycoerythrin and phycocyanin reach 5.50, 14.47 fold of the raw extract, and 5.10, 24.29 fold of the raw extract, respectviely. The yield of high purity phycoerythrin and phycocyanin were 0.21% and 0.09% of dried P. yezoensis blade, respectively. The photodynamic cytotoxic experiment showed that both phycoerythrin and phycocyanin inhibited the growth of liver tumor cells significantly. It was found that 250 mg L-1 purified phycoerythrin and phycocyanin inhibited the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells 24 h after laser-irradiation by 80% and 59%, respectively, and 100 mg L-1 purified phycoerythrin and phycocyanin induced the apoptosis of 31.54% and 32.54% of the cells, respectively, 8 h after photodynamic therapy. 8Dithiol treatments enhancing the efficiency of hybrid solar cells based on PTB7 and CdSe nanorods显示文摘We report the fabrication of polymer/inorganic hybrid solar cells (HSCs) based on CdSe nanorods (NRs) and the semiconducting polymer PTB7. The power conversion efficiency of HSCs can be significantly enhanced by engineering the polymer/nanocrystal interface with ethanedithiol (EDT) and 1,4-benzenedithiol (1,4-BDT) treatments and reached 2.58% and 2.79%, respectively. These results were preferable to that of a pyridine-coated NR-based device (1.75%). This improvement was attributed to the thiol groups of EDT and 1,4-BDT, which can tightly coordinate the Cd ions to form Cd-thialate on CdSe NR surfaces, thereby effectively passivating the NR surface and reducing the active layer defects. 12Vapor phase growth of two-dimensional PdSe2 nanosheets for high-photoresponsivity near-infrared photodetectors显示文摘Palladium diselenide(PdSe2),a stable layered material with pentagonal structure,has attracted extensive interest due to its excellent electrical and optoelectronic performance.Here,we report a reliable process to synthesize PdSe2 via chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method.Through systematic regulation of temperature in the growth process,we can tune the thickness,size,nucleation density and morphology of PdSe2 nanosheets.Field-effect transistors based on PdSe2 nanosheets exhibit n-type behavior and present a high electron mobility of 105 cm^2·V^−1·s^−1.The electrical property of the devices after 6 months keeping in the air show little change,implying outstanding air-stability of PdSe2.In addition,PdSe2 near-infrared photodetector shows a photoresponsivity of 660 A·W^−1 under 914 nm laser.These performances are better than those of most CVD-grown 2D materials,making ultrathin PdSe2 a highly qualified candidate material for next-generation optoelectronic applications.Weiting Xu Jiayang Jiang Huifang Ma Zhengwei Zhang Jia Li Bei Zhao Ruixia Wu Xiangdong Yang Hongmei Zhang Bailing Li Weining Shu Zucheng Zhang Bo Li Yuan Liu Lei Liao Xidong Duan 2020Nano Research2020,13,8:1
