| 1 | Current status of intravenous tissue plasminogen activator dosage for acute ischaemic stroke:an updated systematic review显示文摘The optimal dose of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rtPA)for acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)remains controversial,especially in Asian countries.We aimed to update the evidence regarding the use of low-dose versus standard-dose rtPA.We performed a systematic literature search across MEDLINE,Embase,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL),PsycINFO and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CINAHL)from inception to 22 August 2016 to identify all related studies.The outcomes were death or disability(defined by modified Rankin Scale 2-6),death,and symptomatic intracerebral haemorrhage(sICH).Where possible,data were pooled for meta-analysis with ORs and corresponding 95% CIs by means of random-effects or fixed-effects meta-analysis.We included 26 observational studies and 1 randomised controlled trial with a total of 23210 patients.Variable doses of rtPA were used for thrombolysis of AIS in Asia.Meta-analysis shows that low-dose rtPA was not associated with increased risk of death or disability(OR 1.13,95% CI 0.95 to 1.33),or death(OR 0.86,95% CI 0.74 to 1.01),or decreased risk of sICH(OR 1.06,95% CI 0.65 to 1.72).The results remained consistent when sensitivity analyses were performed including only low-dose and standard-dose rtPA or only Asian studies.Our review shows small difference between the outcomes or the risk profile in the studies using low-dose and/or standard-dose rtPA for AIS.Low-dose rtPA was not associated with lower risk of death or disability,death alone,or sICH. | Xia Wang Shoujiang You Shoichiro Sato Jie Yang Cheryl Carcel Danni Zheng Sohei Yoshimura Craig S Anderson Else Charlotte Sandset Thompson Robinson John Chalmers Vijay K Sharma | 2018 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2018,3,1: | 10 |
| 2 | Role of stem cell therapies in treating chronic wounds:A systematic review显示文摘BACKGROUND The impairment of cutaneous wound healing results in chronic,non-healing wounds that are caused by altered wound environment oxygenation,tissue injury,and permissive microbial growth.Current modalities for the treatment of these wounds inadequately address the complex changes involved in chronic wound pathogenesis.Consequently,stem cell therapies have emerged as a potential therapeutic modality to promote cutaneous regeneration through trophic and paracrine activity.AIM To investigate current literature regarding use of stem cell therapies for the clinical treatment of chronic,non-healing wounds.METHODS PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and Scopus were queried with combinations of the search terms“mesenchymal stem cells,”“adult stem cells,”“embryonic stem cells,”“erythroid precursor cells,”“stem cell therapies,”and“chronic wounds”in order to find relevant articles published between the years of 2000 and 2019 to review a 20-year experience.Reference lists from the articles were reviewed to identify additional pertinent articles.Retrieved manuscripts(reviews,case reports/series,retrospective/prospective studies,and clinical trials)were evaluated by the authors for their depiction of clinical stem cell therapy use.Data were extracted from the articles using a standardized collection tool.RESULTS A total of 43 articles describing the use of stem cell therapies for the treatment of chronic wounds were included in this review.While stem cell therapies have been explored in in vitro and in vivo applications in the past,recent efforts are geared towards assessing their clinical role.A review of the literature revealed that adipose-derived stem cells,bone marrow-derived stem cells,bone marrowderived mononuclear cells,epidermally-derived mesenchymal stem cells,fibroblast stem cells,keratinocyte stem cells,placental mesenchymal stem cells,and umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells have all been employed in the treatment of chronic wounds of various etiologies.Most recently,embryonic stem cells have emerged as a novel stem cell therapy with the capacity for multifaceted germ cell layer differentiation.With the capacity for self-renewal and differentiation,stem cells can enrich existing cell populations in chronic wounds in order to overcome barriers impeding the progression of wound healing.Further,stem cell therapies can be utilized to augment cell engraftment,signaling and activity,and resultant patient outcomes.CONCLUSION Assessing observed clinical outcomes,potential for stem cell use,and relevant therapeutic challenges allows wound care stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding optimal treatment approaches for their patients’chronic wounds. | Anjali C Raghuram Roy P Yu Andrea Y Lo Cynthia J Sung Melissa Bircan Holly J Thompson Alex K Wong | 2020 | World Journal of Stem Cells2020,12,7: | 5 |
| 3 | 银鲫IgM的纯化及其单克隆抗体的制备显示文摘Aeromonas hydrophila septicemia was a serious infectious disease occurred in China.The majority harmed fish was crucian carp(Carassius auratus gibelio).It was reported that immune prevention was the effect measure to prevent this disease using A.hydrophila bacterin.So it is necessary to develop monoclonal antibody(McAb) against the IgM from Crucian carp.In this study,the purification of serum immunoglobulin from Crucian carp was carried out by using Goat IgG Agarose.The concentration of purified IgM was 2.5 mg·mL-1.By using hybridoma-monoclonal antibody technology,hybridoma cell line secreted McAb against the IgM from crucian carp had been established and the characteristics of mab8 had been described.In isotyping analysis,the results showed that it belong to IgG1,it was able to recognize the heavy chain of the IgM on western blot,and did not has any cross reaction with the Ig from 19 different fish species including common carp(Cyprinus carpio),bighead carp(Aristichthys nobilis),grass carp(Ctenopharhyngodon idella) and bream(Abramis brama) etc.The results demonstrated that McAb was highly specific and sensitive to the Ig of Crucian carp,and had the great potential to be used for analyzing the structure of crucian carp IgM,monitoring the immunity level of cultured Crucian carp and pathogen diagnosis. | 沈锦玉 Thompson K D Adams A Galina Jeney 钱冬 沈智华 | 2006 | 水产学报2006,30,3: | 4 |
