1Orbit determination and time synchronization for a GEO/IGSO satellite navigation constellation with regional tracking network显示文摘Aiming at regional services,the space segment of COMPASS (Phase I) satellite navigation system is a constellation of Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO),Inclined Geostationary Earth Orbit (IGSO) and Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) satellites.Precise orbit determination (POD) for the satellites is limited by the geographic distribution of regional tracking stations.Independent time synchronization (TS) system is developed to supplement the regional tracking network,and satellite clock errors and orbit data may be obtained by simultaneously processing both tracking data and TS data.Consequently,inconsistency between tracking system and TS system caused by remaining instrumental errors not calibrated may decrease navigation accuracy.On the other hand,POD for the mixed constellation of GEO/IGSO/MEO with the regional tracking network leads to parameter estimations that are highly correlated.Notorious example of correlation is found between GEO's orbital elements and its clock errors.We estimate orbital elements and clock errors for a 3GEO+2IGSO constellation in this study using a multi-satellite precise orbit determination (MPOD) strategy,with which clock error elimination algorithm is applied to separate orbital and clock estimates to improve numerical efficiency.Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) data are used to evaluate User Ranging Error (URE),which is the orbital error projected on a receiver's line-of-sight direction.Two-way radio-wave time transfer measurements are used to evaluate clock errors.Experimenting with data from the regional tracking network,we conclude that the fitting of code data is better than 1 m in terms of Root-Mean-Square (RMS),and fitting of carrier phase is better than 1 cm.For orbital evaluation,difference between computed receiver-satellite ranging based on estimated orbits and SLR measurements is better than 1 m (RMS).For clock estimates evaluation,2-hour linear-fitting shows that the satellite clock rates are about 1.E-10 s/s,while receiver clock rates are about 1×10 13-1×10 12 s/s.For the 72-hour POD experiment,the average differences between POD satellite clock rates estimates and clock measurements based on TS system are about 1×10 13 s/s,and for receiver clock rates,the differences are about 1×10 15 s/s.ZHOU ShanShi HU XiaoGong WU Bin LIU Li QU WeiJing GUO Rui HE Feng CAO YueLing Wu XiaoLi ZHU LingFeng SHI Xin TAN HongLi 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,6:44

3Management of cytokine release syndrome related to CAR-T cell therapy显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy is a novel cellular immunotherapy that is widely used to treat hematological malignancies, including acute leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. Despite its remarkable clinical effects, this therapy has side effects that cannot be underestimated. Cytokine release syndrome (CRS) is one of the most clinically important and potentially life-threatening toxicities. This syndrome is a systemic immune storm that involves the mass cytokines releasing by activated immune cells. This phenomenon causes multisystem damages and sometimes even death. In this study, we reported the management of a patient with recurrent and refractory multiple myeloma and three patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia who suffered CRS during CAR-T treatment. The early application of tocilizumab, an anti-IL-6 receptor antibody, according to toxicity grading and clinical manifestation is recommended especially for patients who suffer continuous hyperpyrexia, hypotensive shock, acute respiratory failure, and whose CRS toxicities deteriorated rapidly. Moreover, low doses of dexamethasone (5-10 mg/day) were used for refractory CRS not responding to tocilizumab. 10Breeding of a New Clubroot-resistant Chinese Cabbage Variety, CCR11242显示文摘In this study,using Japanese radish cytoplasmic sterile line ' Half Green Cabbage'( HGC) and clubroot-resistant South Korean cabbage variety ' CR Cabbage King'( CCK) as experimental materials,self-incompatible DH lines were obtained by microspore culture.Through five generations of backcross,CCR11239,a clubroot-resistant radish cytoplasmic sterile line,was obtained.Through six generations of self-crossing,CCR11240,the maintainer line of CCR11239,was bred.After the cross of CCK and Luchunbai 1( 83- 1) and five generations of self-crossing,self-compatible line CCR11241 was obtained.Through crossing CCR11240 with CCR11241,the new cabbage variety CCR11242 was obtained.After variety comparison test,provincial regional test and production demonstration test,the new variety was registered in 2012.The average yield of CCR11242 reached 60 975 kg / hm2,which was improved by 142% compared with Luchunbai 1( 83- 1).The disease index of CCR11242 was 5.63,which was 88.13 lower than the control,indicating high resistance( HR) to clubroot.Xuezhong XU Zhimei TIAN Hongli YANG Jingfeng HU Liqin ZHANG Mei LAN Hongju DUAN Jiangming HE 2016Agricultural Biotechnology2016,5,5:1
11LncRNA DACH1 protects against pulmonary fibrosis by binding to SRSF1 to suppress CTNNB1 accumulation显示文摘Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a progressive disease with unknown etiology and limited therapeutic options.Activation of fibroblasts is a prominent feature of pulmonary fibrosis.Here we report that lncRNA DACH1(dachshund homolog 1)is downregulated in the lungs of IPF patients and in an experimental mouse model of lung fibrosis.LncDACH1 knockout mice develop spontaneous pulmonary fibrosis,whereas overexpression of LncDACH1 attenuated TGF-β1-induced aberrant activation,collagen deposition and differentiation of mouse lung fibroblasts.Similarly,forced expression of LncDACH1 not only prevented bleomycin(BLM)-induced lung fibrosis,but also reversed established lung fibrosis in a BLM model.Mechanistically,LncDACH1 binding to the serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1(SRSF1)protein decreases its activity and inhibits the accumulation of Ctnnb1.Enhanced expression of SRSF1 blocked the anti-fibrotic effect of LncDACH1 in lung fibroblasts.Furthermore,loss of LncDACH1 promoted proliferation,differentiation,and extracellular matrix(ECM)deposition in mouse lung fibroblasts,whereas such effects were abolished by silencing of Ctnnb1.In addition,a conserved fragment of LncDACH1 alleviated hyperproliferation,ECM deposition and differentiation of MRC-5 cells driven by TGF-β1.Collectively,LncDACH1 inhibits lung fibrosis by interacting with SRSF1 to suppress CTNNB1 accumulation,suggesting that LncDACH1 might be a potential therapeutic target for pulmonary fibrosis.Jian Sun Tongzhu Jin Zhihui Niu Jiayu Guo Yingying Guo Ruoxuan Yang Qianqian Wang Huiying Gao Yuhan Zhang Tianyu Li Wenxin He Zhixin Li Wenchao Ma Wei Su Liangliang Li Xingxing Fan Hongli Shan Haihai Liang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9:1

14Study of micro-trichome (mict) reveals novel connections between transcriptional regulation of multicellular trichome development and specific metabolism in cucumber显示文摘Trichomes that cover the epidermis of aerial plant organs play multiple roles in plant protection.Compared with a unicellular trichome in model plants,the development mechanism of the multicellular trichome is largely unclear.Notably,variations in trichome development are often accompanied by defects in the biosynthesis of cuticle and secondary metabolites;however,major questions about the interactions between developmental differences in trichomes and defects in metabolic pathways remain unanswered.Here,we characterized the glabrous mutant mict/csgl1/cstbh via combined metabolomic and transcriptomic analyses to extend our limited knowledge regarding multicellular trichome development and metabolism in cucumber.Mict was found to be explicitly expressed within trichome cells.Transcriptomic analysis indicated that genes involved in flavonoid and cuticle metabolism are significantly downregulated in mict mutants.Further metabolomic analysis confirmed that flavonoids,lipids,and cuticle compositions are dramatically altered in mict mutants.Additional studies revealed that Mict regulates flavonoid,lipid,and cuticle biosynthesis by likely directly binding to downstream functional genes,such as CsTT4,CsFLS1,CsCER26,and CsMYB36.These findings suggest that specific metabolic pathways(e.g.,flavonoids and cuticle components)are co-regulated by Mict and provide insights into transcriptional regulation mechanisms of multicellular trichome development and its specific metabolism in cucumber.Jian Pan Leyu Zhang Guanqun Chen Haifan Wen Yue Chen Hui Du Junlong Zhao Huanle He Hongli Lian Huiming Chen Jianxin Shi Run Cai Gang Wang Junsong Pan 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:1

17Isolated Microspore Culture and Plant Regeneration of Leaf Mustard(Brassica juncea(L.)Czern.et Coss.)显示文摘Isolated microspore culture was carried out with Brassica juncea to study the effects of sterilization methods,culture period of embryos,hormone formula and the concentration of activated carbon on embryogenesis,and the concentration of NAA on induction of roots. The results showed that the embryogenesis on medium subjected to filter sterilization is better than medium subjected to autoclaved sterilization. The embryos cultured for 15 d had the highest plantlet regeneration rate( 52%).
