1Nature of the Precambrian metamorphic blocks in the eastern segment of Central Tianshan:Constraint from geochronology and Nd isotopic geochemistry显示文摘Granitoid gneisses are widespread in Precambrian metamorphic blocks of eastern segment of the Central Tianshan Tectonic Zone, and they have intrusive contact relationships with their metamorphic sedimentary country rocks of Proterozoic Xingxingxia and Kawabulag groups. Zircon U-Pb ages from a granodioritic gneiss (IW11-1) and a parametamorphic schist (W05-9) are determined at the Weiya area. Euhedral prismatic zircons from the granodioritic gneiss (IW11-1) provide U-Pb isotopic discordia intercept ages of 1218±17 Ma and 426±26 Ma, respectively, and euhedral prismatic zircons from the parametamorphic schist (W05-9) display U-Pb isotopic discordia intercept ages of 1216±74 Ma and 290±15 Ma, respectively. A whole-rock Sm-Nd isotopic isochron is determined in augen granitoid gneiss samples at the Gang- gou-Kumishi area and we obtain the isochron age of 1142±120 Ma, and its ε Nd (t) = -4.3. These geochronological data suggest that these Precambrian metamorphic basement blocks within eastern segment of the Central Tianshan Tectonic Zone can be produced during 1140—1220 Ma, and occur a nearly homochronous metamorphism. Integrated to these geochronological data, Nd depleted mantle model ages (T DM ) and epsilon Nd(t) values of these granitoid gneiss samples indicate that they can derive from mixing in various scales both magmas from mantle and crust sources at a late Mesoproterozoic active continental margin tectonic environment. 2Improved quantum 'Ping-pong' protocol based on GHZ state and classical XOR operation显示文摘In order to transmit the secure message, a deterministic secure quantum direct communication protocol which was called 'Ping-pong' protocol was proposed by Bostr m and Felbinger [Bostr m K, et al. Phys Rev Lett, 2002, 89: 187902]. But the protocol was proved very vulnerable, and can be attacked by an eavesdropper. An improved 'Ping-pong' protocol is presented to overcome the problem. The GHZ state particles are used to detect eavesdroppers, and the classical XOR operation which serves as a one-time-pad is used to ensure the security of the protocol. During the security analysis, the method of the entropy theory is introduced, and three detection strategies are compared quantitatively by using the constraint between the information which an eavesdropper can obtain and the interference introduced. If the eavesdropper gets the full information, the detection rate of the original 'Ping-pong' protocol is 50%; the detection rate of the second protocol which used two particles of EPR pair as detection particles is also 50%; and the detection rate of the presented protocol is 75%. In the end, the security of the proposed protocol is discussed. 3Flexible and transparent graphene/silver-nanowires composite ?lm for high electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness显示文摘Herein, an efficient approach to prepare flexible, transparent, and lightweight films based on graphene nanosheets(GNS) and silver nanowires(AgNWs) for high electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding effectiveness(SE) has been explained. High-conductive GNS were fabricated by liquid phase stripping and composited with AgNWs by a two-step spin-coating method. Owing to the high transparency, good conductivity, and homogeneous distribution of both GNS and AgNWs, the obtained GNS/AgNWs film exhibits superb EMI SE and light transmittance, yielding a significantly high EMI SE up to 26 dB in both Ku-band and K-band and light transmittance higher than 78.4%. Moreover, this GNS/AgNWs film shows good flexibility and excellent structural stability. 4Numerical simulation of influence of Langmuir adsorption constant on gas drainage radius of drilling in coal seam显示文摘To determine reasonable distance of gas pre-drainage drillings in coal seams, a solid–gas coupling model that takes gas adsorption effect into account was constructed. In view of different adsorption constants,the paper conducted the numerical simulation of pre-drainage gas in drillings along coal seam, studied the relationship of adsorption constants and permeability, gas pressure, and effective drainage radius of coal seams, and applied the approach to the layout of pre-drainage gas drillings in coal seams. The results show that the permeability of coal seams is on the gradual increase with time, which is divided into three sections according to the increase rate: the drainage time 0–30 d is the sharp increase section;30–220 d is the gradual increase section; and the time above 200 d is the stable section. The permeability of coal seams is in negative linear and positive exponent relation with volume adsorption constant VLand pressure adsorption constant PL, respectively. The effective drainage radius is in negative linear relation with VLand in positive exponent relation with PL. 5Analysis and application of the scale effect of flood discharge atomization model显示文摘The phenomenon of discharge atomization occurs as hydraulic structures discharging,which influences the safety of power station,electrical equipment and produces environmental pollution.A series of physical model tests and feedback analysis are adapted to preliminarily study the scale effect of discharge atomization model by use of the field observation data of discharge atomization.The effect of Re and We numbers of flow on the atomization intensity is analyzed.A conversion relationship of atomization intensity between prototype and model results and the similarity criteria of the atomization range are developed. 6Simultaneous Determination of Plant Growth Regulators in Fruits Using a Modified Qu ECh ERS Procedure and UPLC–MS/MS显示文摘Six plant growth regulators frequently used in fruit were detected using UPLC–MS/MS including chlormequat chloride, GA3, forchlorfenuron,paclobutrazol, thidiazuron and 2,4-D. A modified Qu ECh ERS method was used in pretreatment: each compound was extracted with acetonitrile containing 1% acetic acid and cleaned with a mixture of ostade-cylsilane(ODS) and Mg SO_4. The detection was performed using electrospray ionization(ESI) and multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM) and quantified using the external standard method. Results indicated that the calibration curves of six plant growth regulators were linear within the range of 1–100 μg·kg^(-1) with correlation coefficients over 0.999. The recovery at four spiked concentrations, 1, 20, 50, and 100 μg·kg^(-1), ranged from 60.77% to 119.43% and relative standard deviation(RSD) were between 0.18% and 32.94%. 7The internalization pathway,metabolic fate and biological effect of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles in the macrophage-like RAW264.7 cell显示文摘The potential applications of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) in several nanomedical fields have attracted intense interest based on the cell-nano interaction. However, the mechanisms underlying cell uptake, the intracellular trail, final fate and the biological effects of SPIONs have not yet been clearly elucidated. Here, we showed that multiple endocytic pathways were involved in the internalization process of SPIONs in the RAW264.7 macrophage. The internalized SPIONs were biocompatible and used three different metabolic pathways: The SPIONs were distributed to daughter cells during mitosis; they were degraded in the lysosome and free iron was released into the intracellular iron metabolic pool; and, the intact SPIONs were potentially exocytosed out of the cells. The internalized SPIONs did not induce cell damage but affected iron metabolism, inducing the upregulation of ferritin light chain at both the mRNA and protein levels and ferroportin 1 at the mRNA level. 8CNV analysis of Meishan pig by nextgeneration sequencing and effects of AHR gene CNV on pig reproductive traits显示文摘Background:Reproductive performance of livestock is an economically important aspect of global food production.The Chinese Meishan pig is a prolific breed,with an average of three to five more piglets per litter than European breeds;however,the genetic basis for this difference is not well understood.Results:In this study,we investigated copy number variations(CNVs)of 32 Meishan pigs and 29 Duroc pigs by nextgeneration sequencing.A genome-wide analysis of 61 pigs revealed 12,668 copy number variable regions(CNVRs)that were further divided into three categories based on copy number(CN)of the whole population,i.e.,gain(n=7,638),and loss(n=5,030)CNVRs.We then compared Meishan and Duroc pigs and identified 17.17Mb of 6,387 CNVRs that only existing in Meishan pigs CNVRs that overlapped the reproduction-related gene encoding the aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AHR)gene.We found that normal AHR CN was more frequent than CN loss in four different pig breeds.An association analysis showed that AHR CN had a positive effect on litter size(P<0.05)and that a higher CN was associated with higher total number born(P<0.05),number born alive(P<0.05),number of weaned piglets,and birth weight.Conclusions:The present study provides comprehensive CNVRs for Meishan and Duroc pigs through large-scale population resequencing.Our results provide a supplement for the high-resolution map of copy number variation in the porcine genome and valuable information for the investigation of genomic structural variation underlying traits of interest in pig.In addition,the association results provide evidence for AHR as a candidate gene associated with reproductive traits that can be used as a genetic marker in pig breeding programs.Xianrui Zheng Pengju Zhao Kaijie Yang Chao Ning Haifei Wang Lei Zhou Jianfeng Liu 2020Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2020,11,3:6
9Improved eavesdropping detection strategy based on four-particle cluster state in quantum direct communication protocol显示文摘In order to improve the eavesdropping detection efficiency in a two-step quantum direct communication protocol, an improved eavesdropping detection strategy using the four-particle cluster state is proposed, in which the four-particle cluster state is used to detect eavesdroppers. During the security analysis, the method of the entropy theory is introduced, and two detection strategies are compared quantitatively using the constraint between the information that the eavesdropper can obtain and the interference that has been introduced. If the eavesdroppers intend to obtain all information, the eavesdropping detection rate of the original two-step quantum direct communication protocol using EPR pair block as detection particles will be 50%; while the proposed strategy's detection rate will be 75%. In the end, the security of the proposed protocol is discussed. 10The electrical conductivity of H_2O at 0.21-4.18 GPa and 20 -350℃显示文摘The electrical conductivity of H2O in solid and liquid phases has been measured at 0.21-4.18 GPa and 20-350℃. The results indicate: ( i ) different phases of H2O in solid have different relations between electrical conductivity and temperature and pressure. The conductivity changes continuously with temperature, but discontinuously with the pressure between 2.11 and 2.58 GPa, which corresponds to the transforming pressure between ice (Ⅵ) and ice ( Ⅶ ) ; ( ii ) the con-ductivity of H2O in liquid all increases with temperature and pressure, but there are discontinuities at pressures between 0.57 and 0.9 GPa, and between 2.11 and 2.58 GPa, which are also consistent with the polymorph of ice (ice ( Ⅴ), ice (Ⅵ) and ice ( Ⅶ ) ) . This reflects that H2O in liquid at different pressures has quite different properties of electron chemistry. 11Concise and efficient direct-view generation of arbitrary cylindrical vector beams by a vortex half-wave plate显示文摘A concise, efficient, and practical direct-view scheme is presented to generate arbitrary cylindrical vector(CV)beams, including CV beams, vortex beams, and cylindrical vector vortex(CVV) beams, by a vortex half-wave plate(VHP). Six kinds of first-order and other high-order CV beams, such as azimuthally polarized(AP) beams, antivortex radial polarization mode beams, and three-order AP beams, are formed by simply rotating a half-wave plate. The Stokes parameters and double-slit interference of multitype CV beams are investigated in detail.The polarization parameters, including degree of polarization, polarization azimuth, and ellipticity, are obtained,which demonstrates the efficient generation of CV beams. In addition, the double-slit interference experiment is introduced in the setup, and fringe misplacement and tilt appear for CVV beams, in which the misplacement number M is 2P+1 for P ≤ 2 and 2P-1 for P ≥ 3, where P is the polarization order number, and the fringe tilt offset is positively related to the topological charge number l of CVV beams. In addition, new types of VHPs can be formed by cascading two or more VHPs when the types of available VHPs are limited, assisting in more flexible generation of multitype CV beams. 12Application of Electroless Fe-42Ni(P) Film for Under-bump Metallization on Solder Joint显示文摘Because Fe has a more negative standard reduction potential than Ni, the simultaneous electroless deposition of Fe and Ni is difficult. In this study, Fe-42Ni(P) electroless deposit was prepared by using disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate (ETDA-2Na) as complexing agent to reduce the difference in the electrode potential between Ni2+ and Fe2+ . The solderability and the interfacial reaction between Fe-42Ni(P) alloy and Sn were investigated. It was found that the electroless Fe-42Ni(P) alloy has excellent wettability with Sn. Moreover, the interfacial reaction rate between Fe-42Ni(P) and Sn is very slow. 15Gap-free genome assembly and comparative analysis reveal the evolution and anthocyanin accumulation mechanism of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa显示文摘Rhodomyrtus tomentosa is an important f leshy-fruited tree and a well-known medicinal plant of the Myrtaceae family that is widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas of the world.However,studies on the evolution and genomic breeding of R.tomentosa were hindered by the lack of a reference genome.Here,we presented a chromosome-level gap-free T2T genome assembly of R.tomentosa using PacBio and ONT long read sequencing.We assembled the genome with size of 470.35 Mb and contig N50 of∼43.80 Mb with 11 pseudochromosomes.A total of 33382 genes and 239.31 Mb of repetitive sequences were annotated in this genome.Phylogenetic analysis elucidated the independent evolution of R.tomentosa starting from 14.37MYA and shared a recent WGD event with other Myrtaceae species.We identified four major compounds of anthocyanins and their synthetic pathways in R.tomentosa.Comparative genomic and gene expression analysis suggested the coloring and high anthocyanin accumulation in R.tomentosa tends to be determined by the activation of anthocyanin synthesis pathway.The positive selection and up-regulation of MYB transcription factors were the implicit factors in this process.The copy number increase of downstream anthocyanin transport-related OMT and GST gene were also detected in R.tomentosa.Expression analysis and pathway identification enriched the importance of starch degradation,response to stimuli,effect of hormones,and cell wall metabolism during the f leshy fruit development in Myrtaceae.Our genome assembly provided a foundation for investigating the origins and differentiation of Myrtaceae species and accelerated the genetic improvement of R.tomentosa.angping Li Shiqiang Xu Zitong Xiao Jingming Wang Yu Mei Haifei Hu Jingyu Li Jieying Liu Zhuangwei Hou Junliang Zhao Shaohai Yang Jihua Wang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,3:3

17Characteristics of particle size distributions for the collapsed riverbank along the desert reach of the upper Yellow River显示文摘As a result of the interaction between hydrodynamics and the effects of gravity,riverbank collapse is a common occurrence in the desert reach of the upper Yellow River(also called as Ningxia-Mongolia Inner reach),of which the riverbank may be divided into three types such as sandy riverbank in the widevalley desert reach,silt-deposition riverbank on the fluvial plain and silt-sandy riverbank.The characteristics of both typical riverbank collapse and the particle size distributions(PSDs) for collapsed riverbanks of sandy,silt-deposition,and silt-sandy types were determined from analysis of data obtained from the field observations.It was found that particles from the silt-deposition riverbank had the smallest median size and those from the sandy riverbank the largest,with those from the silt-sandy riverbank being intermediate in size.The PSDs of the sandy and silt-deposition riverbanks exhibited double-peaked and single-peaked structures,respectively,while those of the silt-sandy riverbank exhibited multiple peaks.Furthermore,the corresponding to three kinds of riverbank collapse mechanisms were revealed,These results are significant with regard both to the understanding of river dynamics and to the planning of river harnessing projects.Anping Shu Fanghua Li Haifei Liu Guosheng Duan Xing Zhou 2016International Journal of Sediment Research2016,31,4:3
18Experimental and Comparison Study on Two Solar Dish Systems with a High Concentration Ratio显示文摘Two high concentrating solar systems have been established with dish concentrator and plane-mirrors array concentrator.In the paper,the thermal performance has been experimentally studied with jet water cooling device and flat microchannel water-cooled device.The experimental results show that the maximum surface temperature difference of the dish concentrating system is greater than 20°C,while the plane-mirrors array system is lower than 4°C.It indicates that the plane-mirrors array concentrator has better uniformity.As the concentration ratio increases,the electrical efficiency of the concentrating photovoltaic system gradually decreases.When the concentration ratio is 200,the electrical efficiency of the photovoltaic system is 25%.The concentration ratio of 500 times or less is considered to be a suitable value,and then the electrical efficiency can still exceed 20%.It is found that the plane-mirrors array solar system is more suitable for the photovoltaic system than dish type system,which is only suitable for thermal power generation system.CHEN Haifei LI Guiqiang YANG Jie ZHANG Fuwei LIANG Ming JI Jie 2019Journal of Thermal Science2019,28,6:3
19Vibrational characteristics of rotating soft cylinders显示文摘Rotating structural components are omnipresent in engineering structures and natural world. This work investigates the effects of the centrifugal and Coriolis forces on the free vibrational characteristics of soft cylinders rotating with respect to the axis of symmetry based on the nonlinear elasticity and linear incremental theories. The formulations indicate that the biasing deformation, instantaneous elastic moduli, and incremental equations of motion strongly depend on the rotating speed. The characteristic equation for the natural frequency is derived using the state-space method and approximate laminate technique.The numerical examples included in this work demonstrate that the centrifugal and Coriolis forces might have significant effects on the vibrational characteristics of the cylinder. 20Toward alkaline‑stable anion exchange membranes in fuel cells:cycloaliphatic quaternary ammonium‑based anion conductors显示文摘Anion exchange membrane(AEM)stability has been a long-standing challenge that limited the widespread development and adoption of AEM fuel cells(AEMFCs).The past five years have been a period of exceptional progress in the development of several alkaline-stable AEMs with remarkable both ex situ and in situ AEMFC stability.Certain cycloaliphatic quaternary ammonium(cQA)(mainly five-and six-membered)based AEMs appear to be among those having the most promising overall performance.In this review,we categorize cQAs as cage-like(such as quaternized 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane,(QDABCO)and quinuclidinium),non-cage-like(such as pyrrolidinium and piperidinium)and N-spirocyclic(such as 6-azonia-spiro[5.5]undecane(ASU)).The degradation mechanisms of categorized cQAs are first elucidated.Through an understanding of how the cations are attacked by strongly nucleophilic OH–,improved structural design of incorporating alkaline-stable cations into AEMs is facilitated.Before a detailed description and comparison of the alkaline stability of cQAs and their respective AEMs,current protocols for the assessment of alkaline stability are discussed in detail.Furthermore,the initial AEMFC performance and fuel cell performance stability based on cQA AEMs are also examined.The main focus and highlight of this review are recent advances(2015–2020)of cQA-based AEMs,which exhibit both excellent cation and membrane alka-line stability.We aim to shed light on the development of alkaline-stable cQA-type AEMs,which are trending in the AEM community,and to provide insights into possible solutions for designing long-lived AEM materials.Jiandang Xue Junfeng Zhang Xin Liu Tong Huang Haifei Jiang Yan Yin Yanzhou Qin Michael D.Guiver 2022Electrochemical Energy Reviews2022,5,2:2
