| 1 | A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. | 2 | Experimental study on the influence of temperature cycle on low-rank coal permeability显示文摘The formation temperature is a key factor affecting coalbed methane(CBM)migration in reservoirs.Both the prediction of CBM production and prevention of mine gas disasters require the understanding on the controlling mechanism of temperature on coal permeability.We experimentally examined the evolution of permeability for natural low-rank coal samples under various stresses and cyclic temperature conditions.Apparent permeability and intrinsic permeability decrease significantly when the temperature increases and they only partially recover after the temperature returns.The permeability loss decreases greatly with the increasing number of temperature cycles.The permeability loss due to the rising temperature and the irreversible permeability loss for a whole temperature cycle decrease prominently with increasing confining stress.The impacts of swelling/shrinking of coal matrix,roughness of surface,pore compressibility and weakly bound water in coal on temperature sensitivity of coal permeability are investigated. | ZOU JunPeng JIAO YuYong RATHNAWEERA T D WANG Hao | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,6: | 2 |
| 3 | Radiative heat transfer and thermal characteristics of Fe-based oxides coated SiC and Alumina RPC structures as integrated solar thermochemical reactor显示文摘This paper investigated radiative heat transfer and thermal characteristics of Fe-based oxides coated SiC and Alumina reticulated porous ceramic structures as integrated solar thermochemical reactor.High-flux solar radiation absorption and axial temperature distribution in the ceramic foams reactor were analyzed by adopting surface-to-surface radiation model coupled to the P1approximation for radiation heat transfer.The radiative heat transfer and thermal characteristics of different foam-type RPC structures,including SiC,CeO_2,FeAl_2O_4,NiFeAlO_4,Fe_3O_4/SiC,and NiFe_2O_4/SiC were evaluated.The mass flow rate and foam structural parameters,including the permeability,pore mean cell size,and extinction coefficients have significantly affected the axial temperature distribution,pressure drop,heat transfer,and fluid flow.Integrated porous structure to the solar receiver could maximize the incorporation of redox powder in the reacting medium,lower the pressure drop,and enhance the thermal performance of the thermochemical reacting system.SiC structure was the candidate materials in the case where more heat flux and high axial temperature distribution is needed.However,Fe-based oxide coated Al_2O_3structure could be considered regarding the heat transfer enhancement along with the catalyst activity of oxygen carriers for solar thermochemical reacting system performance. | GUENE LOUGOU Bachirou SHUAI Yong PAN RuMing CHAFFA Gédéon AHOUANNOU Clément ZHANG Hao TAN HePing | 2018 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2018,61,12: | 2 |
