| 1 | 睾丸活检:临床操作及其诠释显示文摘睾丸活检许多年来被认为是不明病因男性不育和无精症诊断的基础。近来,男性不育指南都限定诊断性睾丸活检只能用于梗阻性无精子症(睾丸体积正常,生殖激素正常)的鉴别诊断。现今,睾丸活检取精技术与胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)联用于非梗阻性无精子症患者的取精过程中。此外,睾丸活检还可以应用于有睾丸恶性肿瘤风险的患者的取精治疗中。研究一些不育男性后发现,不育患者患原位睾丸癌的风险越来越高,尤其是曾有隐睾症、睾丸恶性肿瘤病史,或患睾丸萎缩的患者。睾丸超声异常,比如睾丸微石症,实质内呈弥散分布,软细胞组织不均、睾丸组织损伤等,进一步增加了这些患者原位癌的发病率。准确的组织学分类,正确的组织处理和固定,样品准备和评估是必须的。同时,推荐使用标准的睾丸活检方法。另外,通过免疫组织化学法检测睾丸组织的肿瘤恶化程度是不可缺少的技术支持。本综述主要描述了睾丸活检用于男性不育临床诊断和治疗措施的最新进展。 | Gert R Dohle Saad Elzanaty Niels J van Casteren | 2012 | Asian Journal of Andrology2012，14，1： | 13 |
| 2 | 中国的低碳转型与生态现代化显示文摘生态现代化理论探讨了国家在社会体制、经济发展和社会思想意识形态等方面的生态化转向,为政府、企业以及非政府团体和个人在面对环境问题时应该如何做出调整提供了一种新的思路。本文综述了生态现代化理论的核心思想和基本要素,并探讨了该理论发展过程中的主要争论。考虑目前国内经济的发展动态和发展低碳经济的迫切需求,这一理论对推动我国经济的低碳转型有着重要的借鉴意义。尤其是该理论发展过程中关于生产与消费的讨论,更为探讨发展低碳经济的核心定位等问题提供了参考。结合生态现代化观点和争论,本文提出我国经济的低碳转型,需要从尤其强调生产端导向的碳减排向同时兼顾上下游并重视消费者作用的战略思路转变;经济变革同时强调制度变革,转变行政命令控制为主的规制格局,促进多角色的参与;作为生产的微观主体,企业需强调以保护生态为己任的机构和管理改革,长远的发展更需要构建一种生产者与消费者之间有效衔接的消费导向战略。这些转变都将有利地推动中国经济的低碳现代化。 | 刘文玲 王灿 Spaargaren Gert Mol Arthur P J | 2012 | 中国人口·资源与环境2012，22，9： | 8 |
