| 1 | 美容填充剂造成的失明:有关病因和治疗的文献复习显示文摘背景血管栓塞引起失明很少见,但却是面部美容填充最令人恐惧和担忧的并发症。笔者对美容整形的文献进行复习,确定报道失明的例数和人面部血管解剖变异的情况。笔者提出了一个较小但对处理严重情况可能有帮助的建议。亚洲、欧洲和北美的报道表明,美容填充注射导致的失明是不可逆的。自体脂肪是最常引起失明的填充物。现有报道,透明质酸和羟基磷灰石钙填充物引起的失明已有部分恢复的病例。新型医用和非医用美容填充物注射突然增多为患者的安全带来了隐患。已发表的医学文献都是由有经验的美容外科医师写的,因此,实际发病率可能会更高。缺乏经验的注射者可能不会注意面部血管解剖的变异。笔者对目前的文献进行总结,为急症的处理提供了有帮助的建议。 | Jean D.
