| 1 | 中美花生收获机械化技术现状与发展分析显示文摘收获是花生生产关键环节,用工量占整个生产过程60%以上,机械化收获是一个国家花生生产水平的重要体现。中国和美国同是世界重要的花生生产与出口大国,但因花生生产水平特别是收获机械化水平差距悬殊,从而导致花生出口的国际竞争力不同。美国两段式机械化收获方式及其先进的花生收获机械化技术,使花生生产高产优质高效、国际市场竞争优势明显,而中国多种花生机械化收获方式并存,收获机械化水平相对较低,从而制约了花生生产效益和出口竞争力。基于大量文献的系统分析、中国花生生产实地调研以及美国花生生产和收获机械化的实地考察与综合分析,综述了中国和美国花生生产及其收获机械化发展现状,分别阐述了中国和美国最新花生起收机、捡拾收获机等机器的类型、总体结构型式和主要性能参数等;分析了花生收获机械关键装置的结构原理与特点;综合分析了美国花生收获机械化发展历程以及快速发展的主要动因,中国花生收获机械化发展的主要制约因素;提出了中国花生收获机械化发展动态。对深入了解中国和美国花生收获机械化技术现况及其发展历程,进行中国花生收获机械化发展总结,在借鉴美国成功经验基础上因地制宜地采取措施,加速发展我国花生收获机械化,具有一定的参考价值。 | 陈中玉 高连兴 CHEN Charles BUTTS C L | 2017 | 农业机械学报2017，48，4： | 64 |
| 2 | 美国花生脱壳加工技术特点及启示显示文摘脱壳加工是花生进入消费领域前的关键环节,其技术与装备水平决定了花生果仁质量,关系到花生食品安全。美国先进而独特的花生脱壳加工技术,是其花生制品丰富及国际竞争力提升的重要原因之一。为发掘可供中国借鉴的技术和经验,在实地考察基础上,运用社会调查法、文献研究法和经验总结法,从美国花生脱壳概念、加工分类及其重要性入手,系统分析了美国花生脱壳加工方式、脱壳厂及脱壳加工装备、典型花生脱壳工艺及装备配置流程。分析了美国花生收储、脱壳和销售的产地化、一体化和工厂化脱壳加工等特点。总结了花生脱壳技术和设备的最新进展,包括果仁储藏技术、典型花生脱壳加工工艺等技术和在脱壳加工装备总体构成中增加花生与果仁处理设备、独立驱动多滚筒花生脱壳机分级脱壳等。分析了中国花生脱壳技术概况和向双滚筒循环脱壳、设备大型化发展等最新进展。针对中国花生脱壳加工的主要问题,在分析中国国情和借鉴美国花生脱壳加工经验的基础上,提出了进一步加强脱壳技术研究、提高花生预处理、果仁精选技术与储藏技术、建立适当规模的花生收储与脱壳中心和提高花生产业有序化等发展建议。 | 陆荣 高连兴 Chen Charles Butts C L | 2019 | 农业工程学报2019，35，11： | 8 |
