2The biomass and aboveground net primary productivity of Schima superba-Castanopsis carlesii forests in east China显示文摘The biomass and productivity of Schima superba-Castanopsis carlesii forests in Tiantong,Zhejiang Province,were determined using overlapping quadrants and stem analyses.The total community biomass was(225.3±30.1) t hm-2,of which the aboveground parts accounted for 72.0% and the underground parts accounted for 28.0%.About 87.2% of biomass existed in the tree layer.The resprouting biomass was small,of which over 95.0% occurred in the shrub layer.The productivity of the aboveground parts of the community was(386.8±98.9) g m-2a-1,in which more than 96.0% was present at the tree level.The trunk's contribution to productivity was the greatest,while that of leaves was the smallest.In China,the community biomass of subtropical evergreen broadleaved forests differs significantly with the age of the forest.The community biomass of the 52-year-old S.superba-C.carlesii forests in this study was lower than the average biomass of subtropical evergreen broadleaved forests in China,and was lower than the biomass of other subtropical evergreen broadleaved forests elsewhere in the world.Moreover,its productivity was lower than the model estimate,indicating that without disturbance,this community has great developmental potential in terms of community biomass and productivity.YANG TongHui1,2,SONG Kun1,DA LiangJun1*,LI XiuPeng3 & WU JianPing1 1School of Resources and Environment Science,East China Normal University,Shanghai 200062,China 2Ningbo Academy of Agricultural Science,Ningbo 315040,China 3Ningbo Technology Extension Center for Forestry and Specialty Forest Products,Ningbo 315012,China 2010Science China(Life Sciences)2010,53,7:23

4Research on theory and key technology of trusted computing platform security testing and evaluation显示文摘Trusted computing has become a new trend in the area of international information security, and the products of trusted computing platform begin to be used in application. Users will not use the products of information security, unless it goes through the testing and evaluation. Here we concentrate on the testing and evaluation problem of trusted computing platform, begin with constructing proper formalization model of trusted computing platform for testing, and establish a mathematical chain of trust model based on SPA. Moreover, we give a verification method of composite characteristics and find the potential factors threatening the trusted system in the process of remote attestation through analysis. For trusted software stack, we study the problem of automatic generation of test case and propose an improved method of generating the random test case, to raise the quality of test case. Finally, we give a prototype system of trusted computing platform and the actual test data related. The result demonstrates that there exist some flaws in the architecture of the present TCG computing platform. 5Synthesis and Surface Activity of Novel Triazole-based Cationic Gemini Surfactants显示文摘The synthesis and surfactant activities of two new cationic gemini surfactants containing triazole compound as spacer were described. Their critical micelle concentrations (CMC), which are 1.8×10-4 mol/L and 3.9×10-4 mol/L respectively, are much lower than that of conventional surfactant cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (CTAC). 9Moving collocation methods for time fractional differential equations and simulation of blowup显示文摘A moving collocation method is proposed and implemented to solve time fractional differential equations. The method is derived by writing the fractional differential equation into a form of time difference equation. 10DNA barcoding provides distinction between Radix Astragali and its adulterants显示文摘Based on variable nuclear and/or organellar DNA sequences among vastly divergent species as well as morphologically indistinguishable species, DNA barcoding is widely applicable in species identification, biodiversity studies, forensic analyses, and authentication of medicinal plants. The roots of Astragalus membranaceus and A. membranaceus var. mongholica are commonly used as Radix Astragali in several Asian countries, including China, Japan, and Korea. However, in addition to the two species recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, there are twenty-three species from different genera including Astragalus, Oxytropis, Hedysarum, and Glycyrrhiza, which have been used as adulterants not only in trading markets but also by the herbal medicine industry. Therefore, a simple, reliable, and accurate classification method is important for distinguishing authentic Radix Astragali from its adulterants. In this study, we acquired data for 37 samples from four related genera within the family Fabaceae. Then we compared four candidate DNA barcoding markers using ITS, matK, rbcL, and coxI sequences from nuclear, chloroplast, and mitochondrial genomes, all commonly used for plants to identify genetic variations among genera, intraspecies, and interspecies. We observed higher divergences among genera and interspecies for ITS, which have the average Kimura 2-parameter distances of 4.5% and 14.1%, respectively, whereas matK was found to have sufficient divergence at the intraspecific level. Moreover, two indels detected in the matK sequence are useful for PCR studies in distinguishing Radix Astragali from its adulterants. 12Numerical study on optical and electric-thermal performance for solar concentrating PV/T air system显示文摘Hybrid photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)system with solar concentrator is an effective way to improve solar energy conversion efficiency.In this work,a single-pass PV/T air system with a three-trough compound parabolic concentrator(CPC)of concentration ratio 2.0 is designed and the solar incident distributions at the solar cell surface are calculated by ray tracing method.Based on energy balance,the heat transfer models of all main components in this system are developed.The effects of some main designing and operational parameters on the electric-thermal performance of the system are analyzed. 16Information content security on the Internet:the control model and its evaluation显示文摘Flooding of harmful information on the Internet seriously endangers the physiological and mental health of teenagers. Due to the user-friendliness of the Internet as well as the difficulty in the authentication for the access of specific categories of information, curbing the transmission of harmful information, i.e., assuring the information content security (ICS), has become a reasonable yet challenging alternative. At present, there is an urgent need to develop a systematic model that can effectively carry out the curbing. In fact, curbing the transmission of harmful information by way of filtering can be modeled by access control. In the paper, based on the three core-elements of communication, namely, 'Who communicates with whom', 'How do they communicate' and 'What is the content of communication', we propose a control model, called ICCON. 17A community-centric approach to automated service composition显示文摘In the recent years, the web has kept growing rapidly and undergone tremendous changes towards a user-centric environment. With the proliferation of services available on the Internet, millions of users are able to voluntarily participate in and collaborate for their own interests and benefits by means of service composition. However, due to the ever increasing number of services, it then becomes a challenging issue to enable the users to rapidly select and compose the proper services. In this paper, we propose an approach which utilizes service communities for automated service composition. This paper makes three contributions. Firstly, we propose the service community architecture and identify two key components to facilitate service discovery and composition. Secondly, assisted by the service community, we provide two composition types to help users explore the space of potential composition opportunities without having to understand too many details of individual candidate services.
